I ordered a to-go but I while I waited I went to the bar to have a drink. The bar was sssoooo nasty. They hadn't clean it off and yet they was sitting new customers right in front of old customers dirty dishes and plates. The waiter NEVER wiped down the bar table or anything!!!!! There was crumbs all over the place and dirty dishes from old customers sitting on the bar. It was sssoooo unsanitary
I had the Best Lunch today. Lobster was Awesome, Crab legs Awesome. Food was Awesome. Server was super. Only thing, I Ate alone and had time to watch other customers. These customers are so very Rude to the Servers. Why do you have to act above someone doing their job and really giving you great service. I'll tell you Why. 99% of these Customers are B. Nothing is good enough for them. I left a $20 Gratuity. I had to. It really hurt me these Servers have to Bow down to such Hateful People. No way I could serve such Self Righteous People. I loved my Lunch. I hated the Customers. We are all Human. Let's Act That Way. No wonder Jonesboro has this reputation.
Food is very good!, Service is good but can be slow due to staffing so do not be in a rush. The resturant itself needs to be updated and given a thorough cleaning. It was dusty in the windows and the ceiling needed several tiles changed.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! They were able to accommodate my family of 14 adults and 5 children for a birthday celebration. Management and staff were very polite and professional and the food was great. I will definitely return to this location.
Had a very nice lunch here. Lost a star bc I felt a little deceived by the sign board offer of fried oyster. I had assumed they were an entrée and not an appetizer. Also the 1/2 or 1 dozen is false. They only come by the 1/2 dozen. If you want 12 you have to pay $11.99x2! They were good though! Great sweet tea! Our server, Chat, was super friendly. I'll probably be back but might pass on the oysters next time. ?
It was almost okay. The biscuits were stale, cold, and old. The stuffed mushrooms were pretty good. The shrimp, lobster, salmon feast was fair. Now, the SALMON on that plate was wonderful! The shrimp skewers were warmed over, as was the ho-hum, dryish lobster tail. I got so-so broccoli and lobster mashed potatoes as my sides.I was hungry and I was being treated to dinner by a dear friend, so I ate. But, the whole meal was like eating warmed-up leftovers. I guess that's what they were.I haven't eaten at Red Lobster for years. Thank goodness for the experience of good company, but the food was unimpressive.
there was a roach running rampant in the packaging with my cod sandwich, chocolate cake, brownies & cheddar bay biscuits, a $40 meal! They were ALL compromised, as the packaging has open vents! The 2 cans of Pepsi were the only thing we could enjoy, thus the 1 star rating, since 0 is unavailable. Before you ask, the delivery driver handed me the bag, so either Red Lobster has roaches or the Uber driver.
Service was very slow, standing around talking. I had to keep waving her down for everything. Food was hot and fresh.
I love Red Lobster but the experience while dining in depends on the staff. I usually choose to sit and eat in the bar area where the bartender is very attentive. The food is still good even though the menu has changed slightly, you still get those tasty biscuits before the meal! I ordered a peach sangria it was very good!Could have been cleaner, hence, the lack of star. I definitely recommend!
