Every time I visit this Popeyes there's an issue. First time I waited on hot chicken they told me 13 minutes I waited for 40 minutes and the night supervisor had the nerve to charge me for a jalapeño! 2 nd time I waited in the line for 30 minutes they didn't have anything! This time they told me the wait for chicken was 10 I waited 25 and the chicken was still RED!Not to mention they didn't give me my receipt and I didn't get my biscuits. I'm going to report this store to the health department and y'all won't have to worry about me again!!
Literally took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru this morning. 15 min just to get to call box.. Another 15 to get to window. Then 5 more minutes just to get my order! OUTUTRAGEOUS!! Then manager hands me my food and says "Have a blessed day" as if her blessing was genuine. I know the difference and that was a messy attempt at being coy. What she should have done is thanked me for waiting and apologized for my wait. Yes I could have left and taken my business elsewhere but I just wanted to see how long it would take. Not acceptable. Staff, especially Managerial, not acknowledging their customers patience with their poor performance is whole other thing. My $$$$ and time "IS" important just as the 7-10 cars behind me and one that laid on the horn!!!!
I visited this Popeyes on 05/02/2022 around 7pm and to my surprise was told that they had NO sides. How can they not have any sides? There is a Kroger and Publix within a 4 mile radius? Did they not have a manager who could have gone and picked up Idahoian potatoes, bags of fries, bags of green beans? Oh did I mention that they were also out of Tea? Why were they open? Oh, they did have chicken.
They need too clean this place up..Close for a week and CLEAN. THIS IS HORRIBLE FOR A POPULAR FAST FOOD. The floors, behind the counter was all nasty. Walked out because I didn't want to spend my money on if the store wasn't clean, I'm sure the food wasn't either. City should be informed.
If I could give them 0 stars I would this is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to first I wanted surf and tuff at 930pm and they didn’t have it along with so many other things they didn’t have with a line out to the highway they should be cooking food until they close. I settled for 2pc and asked for thighs the thighs were not fully cooked (still red inside)and I just threw the whole meal away (but not before I took a picture)I even tried calling to report it but clearly there is no reliable management at this location so no one answered the phone @I0:24pm. I suggest people spend their money somewhere else because this is not the Popeyes they think it is.
My experience with this Popeyes was terrible. There was a long drawn out argument at the drive thru. Then I had to repeat my order to the cashier several times, and the order is still wrong. I was talking to her at the window. This location consistently has poor customer service and they don't seem to care. Go somewhere else.
We stopped here yesterday on our way passing thru this city. The ladies restroom was full of visible mold in the ceiling, and along the wall. Didn't stay to eat because what does the kitchen look like
The worst ever they need to close this location down. They never have any honey or any other sauces, the chicken is horrible nasty and damp the biscuits where hard no forks or napkins the drinks are watered down I had to call them about my order and no one answered the after 4x of calling this location is horrible I was trying to feed my family and no one wanted to eat it the sides where dry and very old looking and the taste was awful ?? please people go to another location or just cook at home. Never again my family will not eat here
Sat in this line for 30 mins for a family meal I placed earlier to get home and the chicken to be ice cold and dry smh no Cajun sparkle or hot sauce never visiting this location again
A 4 because they didn't have ketchup and she didn't say anything when I ordered fries.. that might be important to know .. I would have gotten mashed potatoes. And then talk gave me a thigh and 2 wings .. my own d*** fault for not asking for all dark or even a breast with 2 wings ... I was still hungry lmao.. but it was yummy
