This location always has an issue. I made a order at 8:57pm. At 10:45 I decided to call where I was placed on hold until 11:11pm. I then decided to drive to this location where the manager spoke with me but was very rude. He stated that he doesn't get paid enough to do his job. And he doesn't care what happens. Pizza hut really needs to hire people that care s about the business and the consumer. This is the worst location ever.
Online ordering! Estimated time for my order was decent. The young man says pizza not ready. Ok fine. As I was waiting other people was walking in to get their order. The guy tells them their pizza not ready he has to make the pizza (s). Huh! So that's an additional wait for me. He has to make maybe 4 other PIZZA's before even starting preparing mine. I understand he was taking orders and making pizza by himself. There were 2 other people in there with him just walking around ? doing nothing. If he was training them, it was poor training. He then proceed to write a note and stuck it on the entry door saying pizza is now a 30 to 45 minute wait. Wait huh, ok? Never informed the customers in the store the wait. No communication what so ever. He then washed his hands to make pizza, immediately after washing and drying his hands he starts digging in his finger nails then going to prepare pizza. No GLOVES. As he was beginning to prepare to make the pizza a customer walks in, he had to stop and take that order. I just left. My last experience there was exceptionally great. Since this visit was not a good visit I definitely won't return. This pizza hut in Lake City Kroger Shopping Plaza. I went to The Mt Zion location, was great. Thanks guys.
Ordered take out. I ordered meat lovers with mushrooms and extra cheese. Also ordered$10.00 special with an extra topping. The meat lovers only had about 4 mushrooms and on the other side half of one half had hardly any cheese ?. The manager sent I to back. When the pizza came back it had the mushrooms but there was not much cheese and I had paid for extra cheese. I told the manager. He told me that they could not make me another pizza because they would be waisting doe. I said the first pizza had more cheese on it than this pizza (is there a cheese or doe shortage). Had said I could get a refund but no pizza or a soda and the pizza. He ask for my phone number or the receipt, which they never gave me a receipt or ask for my phone number. He gave me a refund and no pizza. I went to Papa John's. They took care of me at Papa John's. I give Papa John's a 100 and I give Pizza Hut a 0. Thanks Papa John's you just out Pizzered the Pizza Hut, whitch on one out Pizza. Pizza Hut, please change your solgon. Also I told the customer that was about to get pizza. Pizza Hut you just lost a customer and once I post this on FB and social media my friend wont come to the Pizza Hut on Mt Zion Blvd in in Morrow or Jonesboro, Ga.
I was greeted with a smile at curbside and the young lady was very polite. My pizza was fresh and had enough toppings in every bite!
Pizza Hut on Mt Zion sucks. I placed an order for curbside pickup and still had to go inside to get my pizza. When I said something the cashier say well we don't know you're out there.... How the heck you gonna advertise curbside pickup and your not set up that way. I waited so long for my pizza it was tough from those heat lamps. I went through this before and decided to give them another chance... No more, I will probably never eat Pizza Hut again especially the one on Mt Zion by Zaxby's.
I preorder my food at 10:00am paid with my card . I was told my food will be here 11:35am . Unfortunately it wasn’t so I called at 12:11 the manager said another 15mins . I just canceled my order . It’s always something with this store and delivery which is $5Now I have to starve at work until 5 pm , head to Pizza Hut just to get my refund receipt. I highly recommend you to do carry out ONLY at this location it’s cheaper and faster . I will not be using this location anymore
Extremely disappointed with the service of both my driver AND the manager Chris. Someone ordered pizza for me because I’m stuck at work and specifically left MY phone number to call. The driver didn’t follow instructions and took the pizza back after literally waiting maybe 5 minutes. I called the driver back and she answered “BRO I CANT TALK RN IM AT WORK!!!” And refused to answer anything. I called the store and Chris told me there’s nothing he can do that the driver made the call. I explained that she did not follow SPECIAL instructions and I shouldn’t be suffering because of their negligence. He did not have a good attitude at all and told me I’d have reorder it and wait another 1-2 hours. And the refund hasn’t even hit my card. I’ve been a manager before he could have reordered it for me and sent it out as you’re supposed to. I will not be ordering from here ever again and I’ll be sure no one else does too.
The only reason that I marked agree was because I ordered an 18 pc. traditional honey bbq wing bucket and I was given 16 pieces of chicken instead of 18 pieces. Everything else was fine and prepared the way I ordered it.
The service was quick in the people said to me were very nice. The pizza was good too. They've definitely improved from the last few years.
I went inside and ordered a cheese pizza, 6pc mild bone in wings. I was charged for that also, but when I got home my wings was boneless, but I paid for bone in. That costed more.
