The worst. The first drive thru took 2 orders before the 2nd even took 1. Went inside the Employee which I wasn't aware was an employee outside giving his mama and sister cookies.... this I know cause he said mama don't eat all the cookies..... place the order on the kiosk only 1 was working amd didn't print receipt.... line long as ever amd store was being treated for bugs... I guess.. the man walking around with a spray tank . It was just Nasty...
We ordered at the drive thru and it took about 10 minutes for the lady to come to the window, she then requested my receipt. It took another 10 minutes to before we received our order. We parked to make sure we had everything and of course we did not. I had to go inside, asked for assistance and it took another 10 minutes to get my order. My family will never go back again.
The absolute WORST McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. Whenever we’ve come to this location, the wait is much longer than we’ve ever had to wait anywhere. You can go to a dine-in Restaurant i.e. Waffle House, Applebees, Longhorn, even Red Lobster and get a table for you and 5 other ppl, order your food & drinks, get your food and drinks, eat it, and you’ll still receive FASTER service during that sit down meal than you’ll ever receive at this McDonald’s location ? .
I've come to this restaurant on several occasions and they are either not opened, don't have the product, or something is malfunctioning. I'm not sure if the owner has any idea of what's happening in this location. The store manager is the worst I've ever seen. What happened to the young gentleman who was there before. He had excellent customer service and acknowledged the customers and knew exactly what they were ordering. It doesn't matter...Day or night... their doors are locked.
I order iced coffee through the app. The guy in the drive thru told me I can’t pick up orders through the drive thru anymore. No biggie. Proceeds to tell me he can’t find my order, as he charges me, and I see him do this. I go inside. They tell me the same thing. I show them that he charged me. They made me wait 23 minutes for one iced coffee. I get being busy, totally understandable, but don’t be rude. Be honest. Annoying.
This restaurant always has its doors locked ,why say you could beat the line if you cant even go in to pick up your order and always messing up the orders
The food is good and they do their best to get their business done especially while being understaffed at that times although there were a few moment where it was questionable here. The time where my friend and I waited 25 minutes because they forgot we even ordered, when I came back up to the counter they remembered and started cooking. I don't know if it was the manager or another worker because I only seen that person once but they said they would refund us and that never came. The other time was when their card machine was apparently broke and I was not having a good day. The delivery of the person suggesting for me to go to the ATM across the street was not the best and I walked out before I could get any angrier than I was. For these reasons I'm giving it three stars.
Lines were extremely long due to lack of workers, which is understandable. When I arrived at the window, the cashier stated that there were no more Apple pies left, but still charged me for one?
I had a doordash order for a customer at this location. Let me start off by saying this location is very slow. The line did not move fast. I waited in the drive thru line for 45 mins almost and hour to receive the order. I was upset the whole the entire time. They have all these cars waiting for their order to be placed and the lines gets longer and longer. I would never come to come back to this location during night hours.
First of all, this was THE longest that I've ever waited in a drive thru line. It looked like they had only 3 ppl working the night shift. Then when I got home, the Big Mac didn't have lettuce and the patties were overcooked. Then, about 45 min after I finished eating, I started getting nauseous and everything came right back up. I can truly say that I would never eat at this "restaurant" again.
