Update. Went back and the service was completely the opposite. So It was only right I come back to change my rating.Extremely ghetto, rude cashiers/management. No one moves with a sense of urgency. Line backed up but everybody moving like turtles and playing. Unbelievable how hard it is to find good customer service nowadays.Rude
Went there and ordered a simple 2 for $3 , McDouble cheese only and a small fry. I was in a rush to get to work on time so I didn’t check my bag, but I wish I did. Got to work and this is all that was in there, a raggedy mcchicken with extra lettuce and Mayo. I guess I should just be grateful that I eat mcchickens too cause at least I didn’t starve, smh.
Filthy floors and every table dirty, although restaurant empty. We came after breakfast hours and the whole restaurant is filthy And sticky floors. Not sure what happened, as if they used coke product to mop floors lol. Plenty of employees in the restaurant but some are eating, some sleeping? Basically no one took our order on the front counter and wanted us to use ordering kiosk, which was acting up so we still ended up having manager take our order. Where are the health inspections when you need them. Will not be back at this location. Gross all over
Great staff for breakfast. This was my 3rd trip and the service and the attitude of the staff in the drive thru was great! Good job ladies, thank you.
Signs say they close at 12am and open at 4am. Open and closing hours say the same thing online. I pull up at 11:26 pm and the clerk says sorry we’re closed. Not to mention when you come to this location around 4;30-5:30am it’s a hit or miss if there open. Apparently the employees here make up there own time when they can open or close. Horrible way to do service.
Listen, i understand the world is out of sorts to say the least n for lack of better terms , still under pandemic..but if u r out ther, wrking or whatever u dont have to make everything miserable , imagine how diff of a day u mite have but anyway the lady running the register and filling my order n bringing it to me while dumpn hashbrowns n gettn drive thru their stuff..she was not smiling(could ya blame her) but she seemed nasty beyond that just not very personable at all ya know, like u r bothering her. Im sorry if u feel that way u hafta learn to separate work from that. The food was ok, nuthn to write home about but hey i actually got it without cockroachs or mice in it ?
Fast ordering needed help but was no problem . Friendly worker helped out no problem an very friendly an humorous too. An recieved a free hamburger bonus.
They never get anything right! I only went for a Dr pepper no ice, and sweet tea. They Gave me ice I gave it back. I got home, and they gave me coke! I hate coke!
Service is often slower. Many Employees, like many of us, are irritated. You have to ask for condiments. You have to check your bag order to ensure adequate napkins, napkins period, CORRECT order, ALL of the order are inside waaay to often at ANY time of the day. They're out of menu items waaay too much these days. We're still in the midst of an ever-changing pandemic and delivery, cost, employees, etc are all being disrupted so I get it but it's still frustrating.
This location needs customer service training. Hello, welcome to McDonald's, how may I help you? I received, what can I get for you? Is that it? Cheeseburger, is that it? Happy meal. Is that it? Etc etc
