First off I have not had McDonald's in about 15 years for some reason I had a strong craving for McNuggets so I decided to give them a try. I requested freshly dropped nuggets and I recieved re-dropped nuggets. Needless to say I was disappointed and it served as a reminder why I don't eat at these places. My fries were fresh so it wasn't a total bust.
Don't trust the app options. Night time crew wouldn't come out and I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive through line to ask about it because the door was locked. Don't make promises in an app that your store can't deliver on.
Macdonald has the best packaging for delivery.The lady on blonde hair Raquel was awesome. I nearly fell in love with her because of her wonderful customer service. The manager Derrick is a very hard working guy,unassuming and makes sure everything is in the right place. I am a dasher and I enjoy going there for pick ups and delivery. They are always on time.
This location only had water, sweet tea or Sprite to drink. The drive through wasn't operating properly and was only taking cars on the left side.
My family and I have been going to this McDonald's for years. I don't know what happened recently but recently but the service service has been horrible. I was sold spoiled milk in my daughters' happy meals on 2 separate occasions when I tried to call I could not reach anyone in the store. I reached out to corporate they didn't even have a good solution.I had to try to contact the franchise owner and all that they gave me was a coupon, Not even 2 so I can't even get both my daughters a replacement meal. Keep in mind we purchased a total of 4 happy meals with spoiled milk over the course of 3 days. This location is in a minority area so not even corporate cares when something happens and there's literally nothing that can happen if my daughters didn't get sick. A-hole receptionist at franchise headquaters, just a bad place to go get food from.
Always slow, can be one car itinerary it still takes 10-15 mins to make and get your order in drive thru
Picked up a quarter pounder . Used drive thru, moved pretty fast. In and out . Can't complain
My fries were cold my sandwich and the ice cream machine is never working. Terrible business.
