Placed a walk-in order, waited nearly 40 minutes, and my pizza didn't have the double pepperoni I ordered on it (my fault for not checking before leaving. The extra pepperoni was in place of the Old World pepperoni, since they ran out of it.) I called to tell them when I got home, and the girl who answered the phone said "well we ran out of pepperoni" in a nasty tone. I'm assuming she's the one wearing the red sweater-she had a "over it" attitude with the customers I saw her interacting with. The manager was more courteous. He politely asked me to send him a photo. He stated it does in fact have double pepperoni. But the girl said it doesn't because they ran out of BOTH types of pepperoni??? So I ended up paying $19.99 for a XL basic pepperoni pizza, that the menu states is $14.99 ($12.99 for a XL pizza, $2.00 for the pepperoni.) Giving 5 stars to the girl working the pizza oven. GREAT attitude and had a smile on her face when handing out orders (the girl with the long, dark brown hair in a ponytail.)
Oh my gosh this pizza is better than Papa John's and Domino's I don't care what no one says they have more than just pizza. I had for the very first time a Pizza Bowl which is the pizza in a bowl without the dough, it sounds kind of weird but is actually good.I walked in and the young people that work here are super nice and polite I order my pizza and went to my car to wait on it. And the manager walk it out to my car. It's not often you get good food and service at the same time at the same place. Sorry Papa John's and Domino's we have a new Pizza Chef in town. (Well actually they've been here for a while but we just found them)
Decent food.. They just seem to take their time on doing everything but Convenient.
Between last night and today I spent almost $52.00 at Marcos. Last night I ordered a pizza and salad. The salad clearly stated croutons should have been on the salad but there wasn't. I got over that and decided to try them again today for lunch. I ordered my lunch at 11:09am and the young lady was upfront and said the delivery would take about 30 minutes. I was cool with that but then an hour later no food. I called in was told the driver never show up and that my food would be delivered in the next 5 to 6 minutes . The person who answered the phone was the General Manager and he would be delivering my food. I asked while I was on the phone is my sub still hot in which he responded it just came out the oven. He delivered the food but not in the 5 to 6 minutes which was also fine. I received my food and my sub was Luke warm to the point I had to reheat it. After spending $52.00 I was so disappointed in Marcos and probably will never go back there again.
best pizza on the southside! i go here all the time and met the awesome owner. pizza is made with high quality ingredients and employees are friendly. i can always rely on this Marco's location to get my pizza fix!
Great pizza, order online, get better values too.
I called to place an order not realizing the didn't open til 12, the manager gave me a call back & once I explained I called a bit early, he kindly took my order anyway. Can't beat good food & good service.
The food was amazing. GREAT service and customer care. I have been going here for years and they cook the food so perfect. I go here again and again. The large pizzas and wings are on point!!
This is the worse pizza I have ever had both pizzas and the cheesy bread was hard as a brick the one that LOOKS like a cheesesteak pizza is burnt none of my family could even bite it and the wings I ordered were burnt also the cheese bread nothing but hard dough with A LITTLE cheese sprinkled on it I’m so disappointed
I waited 3 hours for my pizza to be delivered! And waited for them to pick up the phone for 45minutes! They never delivered my pizza nor answered the phone! Terrible experience! Then had the nerves to mark my order as delivered!
