Visited location today and witness a manager by the name Geneva sweeping and cleaning the store( which is expected) but this manager failed to switch out her gloves once finishing and proceeded to fix my sandwich. When I brought it to her attention she became irritated that I asked her to switch out her gloves and re cut my bread. I think it is unprofessional that you would become irritated because a paying customer asked you to change gloves that you had on for cleaning so that she could make my sandwich. If she did it with me how many other sandwiches were made with the same gloves she used for cleaning
I used to order 2 giant subs for my family every week but over the last 6 months I've probably only ordered 3. Today was the worst no jalapeños, bread had big bursting bubbles on it and a staff member older guy was on the phone walking back and forth to the register with some woman asking how many sales they had saying that's bad. If she's the manager what's bad is your stores service for subs that are expensive you would think you would have all the ingredients some times no bacon, roast beef.
I absolutely appreciate this location. The customer service is always excellent. My sub is always good. I have been here multiple times and never had an issue.
When I walked into the store I was not greeted. It wasn't until a minute or so had passed before I was acknowledged. I gave the employee my order but it took some time before I was asked about what I wanted on my sandwich. One employee was,I guess training another employee. I am guessing that my sandwich was being prepared at that time. Also as I was standing there two of the employees were discussing how they felt about customers coming into the store acting as they did not want to be in the store. I felt as if they were directing it towards me because they were not hiding the fact that they were talking about the attitudes of how customers act when they come into the store. They stated that in other areas folks come into the store with different attitudes. Im fairly sure that in those other areas that the employees that were talking about those customers wouldn't been making those comments. I do not mind tipping when the tip is warranted but when you do not greet customers when they walk into your place of business and discuss the things that they were discussing I do not feel that a tip is warranted. I almost walked out the door.I was raised to respect people and people walk into my place of work/business I greet them and ask how can I be of service. My line of work is mandatory as I am a Sales Manager of a store in the area. I can tell you that I will never step foot into that Jersey Mike store location ever again. I did not and do not have to buy anything from the store neither does anyone else. I believe that is one of the reasons why that store really has no business. I am a firm believer if you do not like your job don't take it out on anyone else. By far it has been one of the worst experience that I have received from a take-out/dine-in spot.After I paid for my food and was walking out the door the employee that took my payment turned to the other employee and said ' He's one of them" and I said to the employee "I'm not one of them" and walked out. Once again I will never go to that location again and I will not refer anyone that I know, I.E. my friends, the customers that come into my store nor any of my family. Very very very rude service.
The Jonesboro,GA location is so bad that the General Manager(Jamilla or Kimyatta) is actively working the store, she was so overwhelmed rude and frustrated she allowed herself to confront me in misunderstanding instead of resolving any problems. There were two women in the store preparing but the experience was the same. She couldn’t wait to say she was the General Manager as if my complaints would go nowhere. Please don’t take this experience there to say all locations are bad but that one should be closed.
Very bad customer service from assistant manager I'm thinking she was tall light skin lady thinly built bad attitude the worst customer service somebody could have when they are training somebody on a job. This lady kept walking away while I was trying to ring up my food she's walking back training someone having attitudes being snappy if you want Jersey Mike's don't eat at this location. If it wasn't for her bad attitude you guys would have gotten five stars for everyone else's help that I got in the store besides oh girl.
I have had Jersey Mike's before and I don't remember the bread being that hard, which made it hard to enjoy the sandwich. I will return to try other sandwiches but going to have to make some kind of adjustment with the bread
This is one of the worst establishments I have visited in years. I have been coming here since this store has been open. The customer service has gotten absolutely horrible. The quality of sandwich has gone in the toilet. This store needs to be shutdown. It gives your brand a bad name. I purchased a Turkey and provolone and got 1 layer of meat no tomatoes and waited 25 mins after my order ready time. Sorry Jersey Mikes you have just lost a loyal customer. I will never go here again.
Idk if people are just on edge but I rather spend my money somewhere else. It’s like everyone has attitudes and want to be snappy. No one wants to spend their money with people like that. if you are going to have to repeat your order because they are not listening then the person making sandwiches shouldnt get mad if you do. Plus one person comes from behind the counter touching chairs chips etc and then goes back behind the counter to assist with the food. I’m done with this location. Customer service just is not there.
I went to Jersey Mike's in Morrow, they are no longer there and my son recommended the Tara blvd location. I went, the location was appealing, it was busy and the ladies were focused. They moved customers through the line quickly. My sandwich was great. Thanks for good service this evening.
