Decided to come here on a Monday night. Not my first time at a Hooters restaurant, and probably my second or third time (and last) at this location. Took roughly 10 minutes for a waitress to come and take the drink order. Fortunately my guest and I went ahead and placed the order for our meals at the same time. After the drinks were brought over, I’d say at least 35 minutes passed before the food arrived. My guest and I ordered a margarita & daiquiri, and we both ordered the fish sandwich (easy peasy to cook). The waitress came over at some point closer to the 35 minute mark and asked if everything was okay. I shook my head. She at least apologized for the wait, and asked if we wanted a drink. She offered beer or a shot of something. My guest requested beer-I requested a shot. The food was brought out right after she walked away. Fish sandwich was lacking in flavor (Captain D’s fish tastes better) and it was simply a fried, battered (cod?) fillet between a buttered hoagie roll-no lettuce, no tomato, nothing. Was hoping for a better experience. The waitress brought the bill out and guess what? We were charged for the beer and shot of tequila. Here I am thinking the waitress felt sorry for us and (like at most restaurants) would bring a drink “on the house.” Nope. Certainly wasn’t expecting to be charged $4.95 for a glass of beer and $8.99 for a shot of tequila after having waited so long for food, when the place was not even jam packed with people. Oh well.
Sucked really bad she didn’t even listen to my order and get it right no good
I'm here now. I come all the time and I usually have a great experience. But today was NOT one of those days. I planned on sitting in today. The server that greeted me ignored me when I asked for a table. A family came in behind me, and I wanted to see if she would seat them. The server seated the people behind me right away. The wings are great, the to go lady is wonderful, but the dine in experience, ????????
Food was well cooked not overly done . our server was very polite and attentive to our needs even though it appeared she was the only one hustling to help guests. only drawback was no bacon wrapped wings. Lol
Came in for a later lunch.. China seated us right away and told us she be with us shortly. 8 at the bar and 5 tables. Came back a few minutes later to take our order.. everything good. Thank you China!
I have the best waitress ever at Hooters I can't remember her name but she was amazing we tipped her well and when we come back we'd like to have the same waitress.
I've been to a lot of hooters and this is the worst one I've ever been to. I've been to Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, etc and I've never seen a dirtier hooters. Grease stains were on the ceiling and TV. I usually get the buffalo chicken salad. This time the lettuce was ice burg that looked like it was just before it was going to go bad. And the fried buffalo chicken had little to no sauce, they didn't even coat them half way. Very disappointed, they're usually my go to for a good salad on my travels.
Great food i love the chicken Philly. Waitress Jennifer was Very professional and had great experience.. ill definitely go back and definitely recommend to friend's and co workers.
