I ordered from this place the first time without actually going there. I wasn't impressed. A couple months later, I tried again. Same. The other day, I picked up food for a friend and was like OMG. It doesn't smell like food in the restaurant first off. Slightly has that musky roach smell. I was HORRIFIED to find that they microwave everything. Are not the potatoes kept hot? Gross!! Anywho...never again.
Shrimp wasn’t fresh which made my potato sour tasting … glad I didn’t get food poisoning… they must get that cheap already “Cooked” frozen shrimp from the grocery store you can tell … I was definitely disappointed I’ll never get (shrimp chicken & broccoli) potato again. … honestly I’m scared to get any potato from them now because it’s clear they’re not made fresh hence them putting it in the microwave after throwing everything together on the potato
Worst experience ever , and I haven’t even got my potato yet as I’m writing this. The place stinks like rotten food, she works in sandals in the Kitchen. Extremely rude, gets upset because I asked how the meals work as far as combos when it’s the first time I’ve ever been here. I’m sorry but I eat with my eyes first, my nose, etc. the mood was set automatically on sight. Looks like an enticing place but trust me the food is not worth it. Half the potatoes are microwaved and still takes 30 mins for one potato. I also called before hand and no one answers the phone, they just pick up and hang up.lol in the time I waited she argued with 3 people about being rude ?. Do better potato factory!
Worst stuffed baked potato I’ve ever had and this is one of my favorite meals. The potato tastes like it was cooked a week ago, the bacon was chewy fat pieces only and the cheese was baked until it was hard. I’m so disappointed because I couldn’t wait to try this place because ive had so many good ones at another loaded potato restaurant but this was nasty and completely ruined my dinner and wasted $30. I will not be back.

Ordered 2 potatoes. 1 veggie and cheese. It was so dry and was nothing like the picture. Had maybe 4 peices if diced tomatoes, no onions and 4 slivers of pepper, tons of broccoli seeds. I guess that's what caused the increased price.1 bbq pulled pork. The sauce as good. The meat was the corned beef, not pulled pork. If I wanted the corned beef potato, that's what I would have ordered. The price was $5 more than website shows. Don't sub meats and hope people won't notice. It was a good amount of food, if you could have what you ordered.
Worst loaded potato I ever had. I couldn’t believe how bland everything on the entire potato was. I got the chicken and broccoli one…so did my mom and my brother. We all had the same experience. Potatoes were also not cooked enough. Couldn’t believe it.
This loaded potato with chicken, broccoli and cheese was truly Amazing. Gotta make it to Atlanta so you can see for yourself.
It was ok, she was extremely busy and it was only one person working, she was good with the orders but it took a while. The guys enjoyed theirs, (steak and cheese)and I got the veggie and added shrimp) mine was just ok, I didn't like the shrimp
The customer service was great and the baked potatoes was delicious and full of toppings. Can't wait to go back. Sorry about the pics lol.. we were ready to eat lol
