Adziri was my server. She is very rude she came to my table a total of 3 times the whole time. I asked her to bring me some more chips and salsa and she never came back until the food was ready. She brought out the food and I asked her if she could bring the things we asked for and she said it’s not me it’s not my fault and walked away and didn’t come back until I had to get up and find her. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there were no managers. And there was no one to complain to. Don’t go here the service is terrible.
Horrible . Everybody has a attitude I asked for chicken & beef nachos they gave me chicken and beans all the chips where soaked in cheese a total waist save . And if your looking to get greated nicely forget about it .
My food was decent, but I had already spent $100 before I saw a health rating of 70. They automatically charge 18% even on to go orders PLUS a service fee for using a card. They lack customer service. I had an issue with my order and three of the workers looked at me made no intent to ask if I needed help and carried on their irrelevant conversations or task. I keep saying I won’t be back. But this visit takes the cake. They could have at least pretended to work for the tip and a 70 is just nasty.
Quality has gone down tremendously. I asked if I could be seated outside on such a beautiful day and was told no. With a Pandemic still in place that definitely should have been an option and the manager didn't seem to care that I was disappointed, she just moved on as if to say, take it or leave it, so I left.
2nd time visiting. 3/Just left here and was charged $28.42 for two (2) Coronas and Dbl Burrito that states its $10.95. The waitress Kimberly barely showed me the ticket has she grabbed my credit card for payment. The staff member taking my order was pleasant. Ordered a chalupa (a fried, burrito-like entree). The portion was sizeable, and it was tasty at first. When leaving, noticed they had a 70 health score. By the second day of eating the chalupa, the chicken tasted very salty.Before leaving, I ordered a drink, which was tasty. While waiting at the bar, though, a staff member emptied the trash way too closely to the bar (on an elevated surface). The staff taking the order was so patient and the overall space so cozy, I want to rate four (stars), but between the 70, that trash dump (almost on the bar), and the extra salty chicken, a three is considerate.
Did a walking order at this restaurant, when I came in I waited 15 minutes before I called the restaurant and they answered the phone and I placed the order that I was there in the facility to place. At this point I eventually get my food and is take out when I get home the order is wrong! I was really disappointed because it seemed as if they didn't care about the business. This is my second time there the first time I didn't have a problem but the second time it was horrific.
Kimberly is extremely rude and disrespectful! I ordered 3 Tacos. Received 2. I ate my chips first then proceeded to the tacos once i made it home. I looked in the bag before i left the place it appeared to be correct. The queso and salsa was on top of the foil bowl with the tacos inside so I couldn’t see one was missing until I made it home to eat. I called to inform them of the error, after putting me on hold ahe came back to the phone to ask my why I didn’t check the bag before I left, because there is a sign on the wall. I requested a refund for the one taco I didn’t receive. She told me no because there is a sign on the wall and I should have checked my food. She told me it was the cooks fault not her moms because she rang it in properly. I told her I dont really care whose fault it is. Im just worried, I would just like the refund put back on my card for what I didn’t get. She was extremely nasty. As if I WASN'T charged a gratuity on a togo meal (never heard of). When you charge a gratuity make sure you do your part with customer service. An apology would have been appropriate instead of the attitude and excuses. I should have checked the reviews before patronizing. Never again.
Absolutely the worst customer service. They Voluntarily added extra money to my bill. When I asked why, the server by the name of Sadie (they said), became upset, balled up the receipt and threw it at me while using deragatory language. I asked who the manager was...they responded "we don't have one". Where is the owner...they responded "In Mexico". I was upset to the highest degree. I've spent a lot of money here, but never again! This Mexican restaurant isn't recommendeded.
