Let me start by saying I hardly EVER write a review. Usually I charge it to the game if my order is incorrect, but this time I needed to say something. I order a drink at the drive thru and I go to the window to pick it up and they say, oh that coffee doesn't have cream so we just didn't ring it up. Like what??? I just asked to add cream and they act like they don't understand. This happened multiple times. Horrible customer service!!!
Rude. Handed me the wrong order and was rude when he realized he messed up. I had already paid for my order through the app.The women are usually cool but whoever the man was working the window was super rude.
Terrible service. I couldn’t understand the woman working the drive thru so I pulled to the window where the other employee (her husband) stood waiting, screaming at me “ARE YOU AMERICAN? THEN WHY CAN’T YOU UNDERSTAND?” I was very polite. But to be honest… it was a super racist remark. Maybe they have an idea of what “Americans” look like (white, perhaps). If so, let me warn you… you’re not going to find many white Americans on Tara Blvd at 10PM on a Thursday night. So maybe it’s time to move or practice a bit more patience and kindness because your wife’s accent is still VERY strong and nowhere near “American”. Sorry.
I went in the other day and got the BEST service from a wonderful young lady named Niecy. However, as I was leaving another employee began to berate Niecy for giving me the wrong free item. Normally I wouldn't have said anything but the lady's tone and the fact that she was doing it in front of me made me upset. I told her that this young lady just went above and beyond doing her job and you're going to berate her for it? So what if she messed up, because in the process she made a customer EXTREMELY HAPPY, especially considering I'm a loyal Starbucks customer. I bought a cup that cost damn near $20 so the fact that she gave me a free drink with GREAT service should far outweigh was she "gave away." I hope she's still there when I go back later this week because she's the reason I'll even return after that display of unprofessionalism on the other lady's behalf! I definitely will NOT patronize when/if the other lady is working. Her behavior/attitude/tone was very unnecessary.
Went to pickup an order and couldn't understand the woman at the drive-thru, I pulled off and as I was leaving she yells at the window asking me if I'm American because I can't understand her. Her and her manager proceeded to be very disrespectful to me because I could barely understand what they were saying. I went back to the window to get the order and tried to be calm and respectful again and the woman continued to ask if I'm American, as if being American means you automatically understand broken English. Worst experience picking up food in my life. I'll never return to this location
This place is garbage no one wants bugs with there donuts. I’ll never go to any Dunkin’ after this and the lady smelled terrible at the window ridiculous
This location is terrible. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and they tried to charge $0.40 extra for a jelly which is insane because it should come with the sandwich. No other location does this by the way. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They think because it’s in a predominantly black area that we don’t deserve top quality service and I’ll never visit this location again. Not to mention the food wasn’t even good.
Ive given this DD many opportunities and they always do one thing. DISAPPOINT ME. They never get any coffee order right. Even when you’re specific about what you want. They give you what they feel like giving you and if you correct whoever is taking your order once you’re at the window, they will go against it and try to refuse to fix it. Don’t waste your time getting watered down and flavorless coffee.
I've purchased the snackin' bacon from several locations and this was my first time ever visiting this location and it had the best bacon that I've ever purchased. I'll definitely be returning.
I live between Tara Blvd and SR85. There are Dunkin places on both, and I choose this location every time hands down. The service is better. No comparison.
