I don’t know why multiple times I have set my self up for this.. I placed my order at 939pm and was told it would be a 29-39 minute delivery time. At 1101 when I placed a call I was told they would remake my order to ensure when I received my pizza it wasn’t cold… lie!!! Pizza clearly wasn’t remade as I received cold pizza at 1129pm! Again this ain’t the first time this has happen so I should have known better. I called the store again to express the issue and was told I could bring the pizza back to get a refund… really.., at 1135 at night!

Domino’s delivered to a customer here at my business sadly they have never been able to find my business before even though we are .7 miles away ( yes less then a mile) so I took a chance and ordered wow what a mistake they refused to deliver the second order saying the driver couldn’t find the place! Seriously the manager was not concerned, and didn’t care that her employees couldn’t find a business that is .7 miles away, she told me they had other orders to deliver then told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get my money back on a $35 order!0 stars!!!

Hey I order from domino’s especially this one frequently . On a good day the order comes fast and is exactly how I would like . Other times I’d not half the time the order is over a hour to be delivered and is sometimes wrong or cold . Today I ordered and a young lady I’m unsure of her name told me that my order would be a hour . I said that’s fine I’ll wait . After a hour and twenty minutes passed I called back and asked for a free soda with my meal . She declined and told me I can have a desert I asked her why I couldn’t have what I asked for and she told me that the sodas are priced higher than the deserts . WHICH WAS A COMPLETE LIE . So I typed in as if I was making a new order just to see if my hunch was wrong and it wasn’t . The desert the lava cake to be exact is 7.99$ and the large soda is 3.29$ . Really she needs to be fired for lying about something so small to a consistent customer .

Order was canceled just because they felt like canceling it. Ordered online around 10:30 pm, the store closes at 12. I continued to check my order on the website and seen it was being prepped at 11:03 pm. While waiting, I receive a text message saying my card was refunded. When I checked my phone, I had a missed call from the store. I called back and was told that my order was canceled due to me not answering when they called. (This is not apart of Dominos policy) I asked what was the call for, and she (Nala), stated they called to confirm. I asked why there needed to be confirmation when I ordered with a card. I also told her that I have ordered from them over 20 times and NEVER received a "confirmation call", and I could understand if I was paying with cash upon arrival. She stated that I could not replace my order, and proceeded to place me on a 8 min hold. When I went to the store to get my receipt for a refund, the yt lady making the pizzas, I'm assuming, called the police on me because she jumped on the phone and went to the back of the store. Read other reviews as well before ultimately making the decision to order here where the customers are not valued. If you experience anything less than great customer service when you are spending your hard earned money, BE SURE to reach out to the company's Human Resources department and leave Google and Yelp reviews. I'm sure they would not approve of the behavior of these employees. Let's see if the problem is resolved. I'll be giving updates.

Hello everyone, I tried to order from this Domino's twice tonight and my orders were canceled both times. The first time I understand since the lady said they were changing delivery drivers. She then told me that I could reorder at 8pm so I did just that. And guess what they just canceled that order as well. If they can't provide proper delivery then they should say so on the website. That way it would save the customers a lot of time and order from them in the first place.

Food is always good but depends on the day you go if you will be waiting or not. Sometimes when I go I'm in and out. Others like recently they said my order was ready but when I arrived they didn't realize that the pizza was not made. I was on my lunch break just picking it up so was pressed for time so had to wait an additional 10-15m b/c the girl did not even realize part of my order was missing. No offer to bring it to car either had to come back in. But the people are always nice and that's the plus and why I have 3 stars. The location is also very close to my job so it's convenient.

It took them more than 2 hours to deliver my food. They said nothing could be done due to the delay. When on the website it doesn't mention a 2hr delivery. This is ridiculous. They need better services and employees. If I could give a zero I would but I star will do .

I ordered yesterday for a pickup today at 5:45pm and my order accidentally got deleted in their system and I was never notified. This would have been zero stars. I called at 8pm because I didn't see my order online when I tried to check the status. I went in and two ladies were working. One was named Goddess. They apologized and promptly remade my order. They were polite and professional and made the situation right.

I have ordered from here a few times now and everytime the pizza was amazing. Tonight sadly the oven was down but Jamal was amazing he called to apologize and make sure i was taken care of. I also spoke with the Manager Goddess( hope I spelled it right) She was very polite and is handling that store very well.

We order pizzas today and Nyla was the one who helped me. Nyla was the best. Myla was patient and understanding and she stayed calm through the entire order. I really appreciate her being kind and understanding
