In all fairness this Dairy Queen should be rated zero stars. Poor Customer Service. The attendant repeated my order to me and still screwed it up. The Chicken Tenders were too salty, over cooked, dried out, and tasted like cardboard. This is the trend in Jonesboro, GA. There are no fast-food restaurants in this city worthy of your hard earned dollars. I suggest that you go to Fayetteville if you have a craving for fast-food.
This is a dairy Queen in Jonesboro people were friendly however the food was cold the bun wasn't even toasted I ordered a hot dog and I got a cold bun and the dog itself was not even hotCustomer service was excellent food not so good
Went in to get my daughter an ice cream cone. The older gentleman with the gray hair and beard had a nasty attitude in addition to making inappropriate remarks like “you people”. I come here a lot but after this experience, NEVER AGAIN. Do not patron here. Very disgusting experience.
Very clean, good food and staff is very friendly
The owner and his family are a bunch of scammers. My teenage daughter worked for them and they didn’t even want to pay her for training. Once I went to the restaurant to complain Sadie (Owner) decided that he would pay her. But after that his daughter found a loophole in the Federal law where they only had too pay her 4.25 hr. I found out later that this is done to all of the teenagers that works for them. Please don’t patronage this restaurant. It is my opinion that that owner is taking advantage of disadvantage children in this community.
Fries and chicken strips were hot and tasted fresh. My wife had the fish sandwich which she enjoyed.
Unable to use the rewards app at this location but the food is always fresh and the service is great.
We eat here probably twice a week… my son loves the blizzards!!!
