Ok, First I was really surprised with the food being served due to the atmosphere!! What mean is the Chucky Cheese in Riverdale could use some renovations! It had an old smell and vibe! However, the food was really good, especially the Salad Bar! It was kept really clean, fresh and stayed stocked! The pizza was really good, too but you have to have the chocolate chip cookie cake, it was awesome!! It was a little pricey as we celebrated our son's birthday there without reservations! We had only one other child, his cousin so we felt that it wasn't worth the money but we spent over $150.00! The downside was when we were told that it was ok for us to sit in the party room; however, the Supervisor or Manager kicked us out even though it wasn't crowded in the area!! I felt it wasn't that deep! She might need to go back to Customer Service training! Even though my son was a little bored due to what little games they did have, we all had a pretty good time! The Customer Service extended by the other employees were on point, they were very friendly, patient and helpful! I would recommend for children under 7 years of age!!
My grandson was scared to death when he saw this lady with this dog this isn't a service dog Ya'll need to keep these dogs at home All kids don't like dogs This is suppose to be where A kids suppose to be a kids Please leave these dogs at home I do understand the Blind folk need them It got to get better So we left and went to the one in Fayetteville they get A 5 ?
My mom and niece went to this location yesterday April16,2022. They shared a personal pan cheese pizza. When they returned home my 3 yr old niece immediately got sick with throw up and diarrhea. The following morning my mother woke up with chills, vomiting, and explosive diarrhea… ON EASTER MORNING at that! Please DO NOT EAT HERE! I wish i could let them know but the probably wouldn't even care . This place needs an inspection or something. We will NOT be back at this location.
Decided to take my grand daughter here yesterday, we ordered one personal pan cheese pizza. Within two hours of returning home my 2yr old granddaughter began to projectile vomit, she did this twice before I bathe her and put her to bed. I wake up this morning and started to vomit before I could get out of the bed. Long story short… I vomited, had cold chills then hot flashes and diarrhea all morning. I am writing this review from my sick bed.. sadly I was unable to attend church this morning or help with the cooking now… do better Chuck E.Cheese!

Tried to order food and it was a two hour wait! When asked why it takes so long, the manager said “when you go to a restaurant you have to wait.” Unbelievable! When you bring kids to a kids place it’s sad that they expect you to wait 2-hours to feed them. The manager told me I couldn’t bring food in but could go to somewhere else if I wanted to. Customer service at a KIDS place at it’s finest! They need Customer friendly people working at a KIDS event place!
It smelled in there. The restrooms smelled and was dirty. The whole store had food on the floor. It was crowded. I will never again go to that Chuck E. Cheese. It was beyond ghetto promise. Only good thing was the police was there.
We went to celebrate my granddaughters birthday and what she wanted most was to see Chucky. He's supposed to come out every 30 minutes, however we had to raise hell when after 1 1/2hrs, NO CHUCKY!!! They finally found someone to be Chucky. And that was the only time and we were there for over 4 hrs! On a positive note, I do have to say that the pizza was delicious though!
First Time there for a BDP. IT was fun.
