This chick fila is Most deff CONSISTENT with getting my order WRONG ? I really don’t understand why it’s so hard to make a Breakfast Chicken Bowl with “No Hash No shredded cheese add sausage melted American cheese and 2 side orders of sausage “ this morning just really ticked me off I was there a bit over 20 minutes for this simple order there were NO cars in line and when I walked in my order was the only one on the screen.A gentlemen came in and his order was wrong as well he stood next to me and amd started talking to me so I engaged in conversation with him stating that I had been waiting 20 minutes . I told him to check his food before he left next time because GAS prices are to high to be driving back for somebody’s mistake of simply not checking for accuracy of the order.. Then the lady “LASHIA with the Long DREDS” asked me what did I say I told her I had been there 20 minutes and at that point I was only waiting for 2 pieces of sausages she replied “OK” amd rolled her eyes and smiled in a condescending way just extremely RUDE I wasn’t even talking to her I was speaking with the gentlemen.If anybody should be upset it’s me at this point but I didn’t engage with her ugly Attitude . Then she gave me the sausage only for that to be wrong!!! Like are you that incompetent?? How do you even get a simple order of 2 sausages wrong then have the freaking audacity to be rude to me ?! She Specifically has done this to me 2 times herself and I don’t understand why.? I watched her look at the order amd knowingly give me the wrong thing hoping that I just walk out without checking my order but she was Very much WRONG ? GET IT TOGETHER!!The disrespected is NoT appreciated… What happened to this Chic-fil-A’S Spirit I just really don’t understand ? TOP 3 Worst Chick-fil-A I have visited ……

Loved eating here food is great the services is Awesome. But worked here for only a week was looking to work longer than that. The staff have they're way of making things complicated for you. When your just getting use to the new experience here and it is not a good look on them when you are suppose to train some one to do a job that are assigned to do. And expect for them to get it in one day to be exact..... Supervisors and Managers need to work on that! Or your going to keep losing some well workers. That are only trying. Over rall it was a pleasure!

Went to the dwarf house this morning. Just wanted to get some breakfast and sit down and eat. I was told that side of the restaurant was closed due to no staff. Yet there was 15 people in there working. Two managers chatting. And three employees showing each other stuff on their phones. But I was told I couldn't eat because they didn't have enough staff. Nice job!

I waited in line for 10 mins only to get to the window to be told they are closed after they had taken my order because they didn't want to make my order. I visit a lot of different locations all over town but only in certain areas the customer service fall off tremendously. This particular location is very slow and inept. The franchise should close this useless location because it is unpleasant experience. This is the WORST Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. Never again!

Such a fun chick-fil-a! We dined in and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Love the people here. I drive for a tire distribution center and have a pickup truck with a cage too big for the drive thru. They always allow me in to place my order even when the inside is closed down due to covid. They even remember my order and my name ?

This visit was my first time ordering ahead with the Chikfila app. I gave my name at the drive thru and picked up my order in less than 5 minutes. Food was very edible when I sat down to enjoy it at home (microwaved fries for 30sec on 60%). This location always has the classic friendly chikfila service, but I was still suprised by the ease of the "order ahead and pay with the app" service.

Ordered from doordash and I started to eat but noticed it started to taste a bit funny… I happened to look down and I’m sitting here eating raw chicken while pregnant. I called about it and they told me I was able to come back and get another one but that’s not the point where is the quality check on this? why is this happening? I used to work at Chick-fil-A so I know for a fact this isn’t supposed to happen at all!

Longest wait I've experienced at any Chick fil a establishment. Im pretty sure they were short staffed. My sandwich was OK. Fries warm. Overall just OK.
