Hey now this place is in my top five of all fast food eating establishments. The guys here at the Tara Blvd. and 138 spur location in Jonesboro are exceptional. I recommend the Big Buford with Cheese and large Fries oh yeah get some of there Barbecue Sauce to dip your fries in, if you do you'll be hooked it's to die for. Make sure you ask for Quincy his the the best. He is the best employee I come across in quite a while his enthusiasm and service is excellent his attitude is refreshing in today's market is by far above alot of employees. I wish I have a Quincy in my employ he just is one of the people when you meet him you come away with a smile and good feeling.Thanks QuincyP. S. Was dashing and went to pick up my order at walk up window and they Said they were shortstaff had to go driive thru . i go to line thats for doordash and ssid no i have to wait in other line with everyone else. After waitimg 30 mins in drive thru they helped anither doordash at window. Plus prep food with no gloves texting on phome and laughing and horseplaying aroijnd
A. Kimbrough is an awesome general manager and had great energy. My experience was great at this location and It’s refreshing to see people still love their job and care about customers during these times 2022.
I never experienced someone who didn’t like there job so much you can see all over there faces. I’m all about energy and food and it showed with the finished product. Our funnel cake fries were undercooked and limp and cold waited nearly an hour to get to the front to take our order. Need some new staff
The sandwich that I bought was good, but the French fries was Terrible. I think they Fry them and Refried them. They can do a better job because myself and others like Checkers

Good morning everyone hope all is well this place is normally a very good place to get stuff at when you want your stuff fresh I love their mozzarella sticks like I said before like there strawberry ice cream the ice cream. Overall you should try in different flavors not just that one it's very good you leave the menu is pretty good it's fresh so when you have time guys and you're rushing I prefer that this is somewhere affordable and quick somewhere to eat and you will get what you pay for it go check it out guys have a great day be blessed not straight
The service was slow, not to mention the menu items were selective. There wasn't many to choose from, except the big Buford combo (which was a disappointment due to the size of the burger) and a chicken sandwich combo. I had to sit in the drive thru for 15-30 minutes to get my order! I don't know if it be like this at 11:30 pm going towards midnight, but that was absurd!
They really need some more staff or something… was in the drive thru for 42 min. I counted… it was ridiculous, nothing fast about it. Start paying your workers and please hire more people!
