Food was barely Luke warm. Won't be returning to this location on 19/41 in Riverdale,Ga. Also huge pothole entering drive thru! Not a pleasant experience at this location at all. Long wait with only 2 cars ahead and cashier tried to encourage me to not place an order. I knew if I backed into that pothole I could have lost my front bumper. Not An option!
Store never has basic food items, orders always wrong and thrown together, no customer service and long wait time.#ThrowTheWholePlaceAway
They need to work on there staff atuides but over all they are ok not really fast enuff for me but most of its worth the wait it beats McDonald's around beside them
9/22/2020Dont even waste your time here.Supposed to close at 1:00am arrived at 12:10am and they would not take any orders.Just completely ignored me. I had to pull up to the window to see if someone was in there and there was 3.This was not the first time.Also there was a very disrespectful girl working there a couple weeks ago.......
So I tried to give this Checkers another chance and, after sitting in the left lane waiting to order a few minutes, someone finally spoke to me, but not to take my order but to tell me, "Use the other lane." No apology for me not knowing they are not taking orders on that lane and sitting there. Made me feel like they didn't want me service, so I left.I've worked in fast food before, and I know it can be overwhelming but I shouldn't have to travel to get decent service.It was OK - 5 months ago.

Food tastes great. But no gloves, no hair nets
Last night, after I got off of working a 16 hour shift, I decided to stop by checkers and grab 2 Fry Lover's Burgers and a Medium Fry. The lady came to the speaker with a nice voice and told me that she would have my total at the window. Mind you, I sat in that line for a good 30 minutes before I got to the window. The same girl that I talked to over the speaker when I ordered my food, tried to hand me a drink when I finally got to the window. I go on to say that I didn't order a drink. She proceeds to figure out which order is mine. She comes back and then says she cant find my order, I told her what I ordered again. So she took my payment and gave me back my debit card and walked away. Then another employee comes to the window and tells me that I should've ordered at the speaker and that I have to get out of line and go around. I tell her that I did order at the speaker and she's obviously upset. its hot, orders coming in and whatever else made her not have a care to give. Which led me to ask the employee to give me a refund. I didn't see a reason for me to have to wait any longer in that line than what I had already waited. She did something on the register and told me it would take 24 hours and closed the little window in my face. I'm usually not the type to even write reviews, but this irked my soul and I usually never deal with bad customer service. But I just felt the need to let whoever reads this, that great customer service skills go a long way. Be Blessed !
A bit of a late review, but a few months ago I showed up at 7pm on a Sunday night and they were closed. The drive through lights were all on, and there were no signs posted saying that they would be closed or anything. They were just empty. Not a well run place at all.
This place is always slow paced. The girl in the window was nice but the sandwiches were cold. They didnt give us the right sandwiches..then when we gave them back they gave us the wrong sandwiches again. Its really an issue every time i come here, so i try not to ever come honestly.
