Never in my entire life had my time wasted for no reason at a fast food drive-thru. When I got there at 4:48PM, they kept saying hold on at the register letting minutes past. There wasn’t even a line! When I finally got up there to pay for my food, they had me waiting for my food and letting a line build up to wrap around the building. When I realized it was 5:18PM, I had to just ask for my refund because I spent 20 MINUTES WAITING ON FOOD. They argued amongst eachother then gave me my refund with NO explanation on why they took so long and couldn’t even afford to offer something in return of wasting my time for TWENTY MINUTES with no food. Super unprofessional, very time wasteful, annoying, and I will never be back to this location. Talk about RIDICULOUS.

Drive thru person was rude from jump before we had a chance to say anything. Placed an order and was a bit better at the window. Food was hot for a change. Usually the order is wrong. Don't leave the window without checking your bag because they give you hell to get your order right or your money back. Plus you gotta wait in that long line all over again.

This location is never open during the week days on time. I am literally able to catch them maybe once a month actually open along my commute to work in between 7:20AM and 7:40AM. When they are open and I stop by, the food is good...I want to be a patron here more frequently but since they are never open on time, I have to take my business elsewhere.

Don't come here. The staff are rude and condescending, I was picking up doordashes from the this place and every time I had to wait a significant amount of time in the drive through because the inside was closed. The staff were rude and moved slowly, nobody seemed to care about serving the line wrapped around the building. My avg wait time was 40minutes for a delivery pick up. Manager was the worst and took up a smart aleck attitude when I complained about the wait instead of trying to resolve the issue.

If I could give it a 0 I would.i waiting at the speaker for 10 mins an no one came and said anything . Goes to the window and see 3 workers blew my horn no one acknowledge me or came to the window the website say they open at 6am and it’s 7am. In February they was out of French toast until the end of the month . Who ever owns this company needs to hire new people or shut this place down this is awful.

I placed a order though the app just for the female manager with poor customer service skills to say “short staff pull around” with no type of remorse for inconveniencing your customers. She definitely doesn’t want a good reviews for this location because it’s always the same lady.The common sense thing would have been to disable the feature in the app and also to put up some type of signage stating the lobby is closed. But of course a reactive person can’t do with a proactive manager would do.

Always taste great! I'm from south Florida and they have the best BKs. This is the only one I found in the Atlanta area that compares. It's been consistent for years. Also the staff is always really nice!

Well we’ll, I have NEVER wrote a review on BK because I never had any issues….Well , not until tonight. I order the number 8 I believe the “Ch’King” is what I order and by me being just 2 mins from my house, my food should be hot…Well, my chicken sandwich was not fresh (no crunch), and my fries was NOT fresh either. I know these issues will NEVER get fixed but I truly will not be going to this location ever again
