Asked for a large split with waffle bowl on the side. Got to the window and saw the young lady making my order. Then saw that she started to look up at me like she did something wrong. Then a few moments later I was handed my bag. As I got to the traffic light I noticed that the top was not on the ice cream and my ice cream was half in the bag and half in the cup. It was 7:15pm and they were fully staffed. I called to see if they could remake it but no one answered the phone for 15-20mins. Won't be back and don't recommend it
New to Georgia and I love love love ice cream so I wanted to give this place a try especially since they sent me coupons. So I went with a friend of mine's mother and I felt like a little eager kid. I ordered cookies and cream and boy oh boy I gets to her house and once I tasted this..it was like a cream of heaven in your mouth. Definitely real ice cream. I figured that it had to be good since the lines was long as well as the drive thru..so glad that I went and next time, I will definitely bring the kiddos for a sweet treat! Loved it❤️ I'll be back..lol
I Ordered Key lime pie flavored ice cream quart size and it tasted like vanilla ice cream. Very pathetic and lazy to not even put effort into making the ice cream flavor the right way. This location deserves to be closed down for not making Brusters Real Ice Cream the same way any other location does. This by far is the worst location I've ever been too.
One of the worst banana splits ever. We ordered two very pricey banana splits might i add that were missing the BANANAS AND THE FUDGE AND THE CARAMEL. That’s not the worst part, instead of remaking it they just put it all on on top. Everyone knows the bananas go on the bottom. That was a waste of time and money’In response to the owner. I can understand that humans make mistakes. I get that but when you make more than one which this human did i feel as tho those orders should have been remade to satisfactory. That would of made me happy about the whole ordeal. But to take our sundaes and dump caramel and fudge randomly and only for us to realize that the sundae was missing bananas. At that point someone should have offered to remake those.

If you are big on customer service then this Brewsters location is not it. The so called Manager is very nasty and rude. The one wearing the headset in the drive through. Before I could even finish placing my order I could hear the nasty tone in her voice. BEING A Frequent Customer at this establishment I could not believe the behavior of the so called Manager--extremely unprofessional and appears to hate her job. The owners need to do a better job at hiring the people that Represent their company in their absence!!!!!
It's literally a bunch of kids running the place! They do not answer the phone or the drive-through window; instead, they stand around on their phones talking it should never take 30mins to get an icecream.
Things have gotten really bad. I was charged more than originally quoted because I paid with cash, and got less than half the portion they normally serve.
Ice cream was good but I noticed that the scoops have gotten a lot smaller. Please start using glove when serving customers and hair nets.
Found a hair in my ice cream went back for replacement cup only to be denied because I didn’t save my $4 cup of ice cream as proof. Poor hygiene; even worse customer service.
