I ordered the French Swiss and dip combo. The dine-in was not open so I came through the driverhru. It took a while for me to receive my order, but they’re so short staffed so I can forgive that.What I appreciated about this place is that my food was fresh… and they had the dip for my sandwich (some places will say they don’t have the dip ?)I just want to say to the people that work in this location that I truly appreciate you!
This place was horrible. We waited in line for almost 75 minutes. This is after we places our order. They had a power surge so we decided to wait. Gave my card to pay for the food and they didn't come back for another 15 minutes. When I asked to speak to the manager, she came to the window and did not apologize for the wait nor did she offer anything for our time. She said, "Well what do you want me to do, the system had to be restarted." And it is for that very reason (lack of empathy, professionalism, and customer service) that I gave them a one star. The cashier was extremely nice inspite of a product of poor leadership
There was only 1 employee (oh yeah just one) on Sunday evening May 8th, 2022. There was a line and she was handling it. Taking orders ?, money? and cooking??If my memory serves me well her name was Ty.I'm sure most would say she deserves a RAISE. I say a RAISE, BONUS but most importantly HELP! Although she was a one woman show with an audience that applauded her, what's the star of a movie without a supportive group of CAST members?!Raise the pay like you do the PRICES of food, offer better BENEFITS like your menus offer varieties of different items and REWARD your employees when they go above and beyond instead of ringing a bell when we exit the restaurant ?
This was the absolute worst. I ordered the boneless wings w/crinkled fries. I got a mixture of curly and crinkled and they were cold and hard. Never again. I wasted 10 dollars.
I ordered 2 beef and cheddar combos and a single sandwich as a double and only got roast beef combos, I still enjoyed it and can't wait to get my beef and cheddar soon.
I went through the drive through and customer service was great! I did have to wait for my mozzarella sticks, which I knew I would and the she was very pleasant at the window.
Drive thru lady at the time is did not take my order properly and when I corrected the order (positively) she was extremely rude told me I was wrong slammed the drive thru door came back told me I was wrong. I said no. Then slammed the door again yelling. I got my food. But yet I don't trust to eat it anymore. Some thing untrustworthy is happening there. Just go to a different Arby's. This one need employment adjustment
Arby's has one of the best fish sandwiches. The 2 for $6 is a great deal. Waiting on the Gyros special to return. They are delicious and healthy
The service was good and the staff was very friendly. The food was served fast and fresh. Definitely a great place to eat.
