Had to keep sending our playes back cause they were wrong. But food was ok. Pecan waffles were very good

Josh is very inexperienced and lacks the insight to be a decent server, at the very least. Being tired is a poor excuse for your substandard attitude. Lastly, long nails are typically frowned upon in the service industry.
Store 1150, has the best staff, very nice and in touch with their customers. Especially the one that come often, I watched one of them take the customers order to them personally in the rain. The customer is elderly. She knows her customers so well, she knows what they want before they even sit down. This sales associate even made me feel special with her smile and personality. Short foreign waitress with grey hair and raspy voice was completely rude taking our order. Name starts with a M if I recall correctly. It’s like she was bothered taking our orders. I hope she gets food service training because whoever owns this WH is going to lose a lot of recurring customers due to her alone. And she actually got wide eyed at the tip that we almost didn’t give her lmao. Also please play some background music or something.All I can hear during my morning breakfast was loud consistent chatter in the kitchen.
The place was busy, usually is on a Saturday morning, but my service was completely lacking. The waitress brought my order to me cold and incomplete. I asked for a to go container for my waffles. It took so long to get I decides to eat the waffles because my food was already cold. I told the waitress I didn't want the food because ot came to me cold, she warmed it up and put it in a to go container. UGH! This was not a good experience and I won't be back there on a Saturday morning again.
Discusting. Also waitress with an accent short big eyes don't know a biscuit from an English muffin. I asked for an belgium waffle n I recieved a miniature baby one.when we came in her face was so sour for the new year she should have stayed home. This was our 1st n last to this location bottom list pit?hated it
Ok..but prices sure went up..same ole' burgers..hash browns were basic generic...woulda made Mcdonalds whom you can always basically trust but was rainin and in hurry before evening shift at co.club.
Staff was very rude and didn’t acknowledge me. I stood in line for 10 mins before I was helped. An Indian woman (they staff is majority Indian) came inside after me.They helped her immediately and continued to ignore me. Bad customer service.
