Love, love love their smoothies! And it’s great that they’ll still make my son’s favorite one(sunshine smoothie) even though it’s not on their menu board any more. They always have great health scores and staff is always super nice . Keep up the good work ! Just writing this is making me crave a detox island green (as my kids call it my grass smoothie) ! They have something for everyone’s taste !
Serena made my experience so wonderful today. She greeted me after two associates completely ignored me. She made my drink quickly and even walked it over to me. That’s the kind of customer service I expect from a top notch employee. Tropical smoothie has a winner on its hands.
I love tropical smoothie but lately ALL of my smoothies taste like straight water. This may be my last visit.Not happy AT ALL!!!
My kids love their smoothies. When asked, they would split the drink into two kids size cups. Always friendly and tasty. Recommend.
Bahama mama was delicious!! Staff was messing around and laughing, and had some difficulty taking my order.
I just left 3:23 pm. on Sunday. We were standing inside the restaurant, with no customers in line. They were only taking drive-thru orders. 4 workers and not one of them even said hello, or we will be with you soon. They just keep taking drive-thru orders and walking back and forth like we were not standing at the register waiting to order. We left and went to Dinkin Donuts.
Everyone is always so friendly here which is hard to come by these days. The food is fresh and the smoothies are outstanding. The restaurant is clean and they typically get a 100 on their inspections so you feel more confident about eating here. They have a drive thru, curbside or you can sit inside.
I had alot of issues today with ordering from different delivery services, none which were TSC's issues. I called and they fixed my order very quickly and were very apologetic, even though it wasn't their fault. I appreciate them making it right and being super nice and professional. The food is delicious and everyone is so friendly. Would go back to this establishment again, just using the drive thru and not delivery services ? thanks TSC!
I stopped by this location to closed doors during the opening hour listed on Google, and it happened twice within a week! The second time around, the lights were on and there were employees working. They completely ignored my knocking on the front door as well as my phone call. The hours are also not listed on the front door. This complete lack of professionalism is why I will never visit this location again.
takes 20 mintues to get ur smoothie. food takes even longer. there should be no reason it takes long we were 1 out of 3 people in the whole store
