I ordered 3 smoothies online. When we got them home, they were all runny. Two of them were mixed wrong, tasted horrible and were dumped down the drain. I contacted the store twice and filled out review forms for the store and corporate, asking for a refund or coupons to recoup the $20+ I spent. I never received a response from the store. Corporate contacted me and sent my complaint to the store TWICE. Again, no response from the store. They have lost my business for good.

Smoothie was not blended. I've had this smoothie at another smoothie king location and it was delicious. This one was not good, not blended, and very poor taste. Waste of money.

The hours shows they open till 9:00 I arrive at 8:25 and they were close

Great location, always makes mobile orders very quickly. The Brazilian(?) woman makes the best smoothies

Fortunately this isn't about the entire store but one lady who has been on the phone talking to someone every time i've gone there and have made my smoothies terrible every time i've gone and she's there. Maybe being on her phone makes her less attentive to what she's making but i'm extremely disappointed with my smoothie and it tastes nothing like how it's supposed to. I also called the store 5 times this morning and she continued to decline the call because she's on her own call. I shouldn't be paying nearly 9 dollars for this awful service.

Came today to get two smoothies. Very disappointed. Both smoothies were missing at least 4-5 ounces. I see some left in the blender but I guess she wanted a little sample for herself.

I am a true believer in supporting my local businesses however I cannot support this Smoothie King because clearly they cannot support themselves! This is not a matter of short staffing due to the pandemic, this is a matter of only hiring kids who cannot work a second past 9pm so on at least 6 occasions now, I’ve arrived at the store anywhere between 8:24pm-8:50pm and the store is either 1) completely dark and closed, 2) completely dark, lights off, teen sitting in dark waiting for ride, 3) all lights on, door locked, teens hiding in the back, or 4) all lights on, door locked one teen in front cleaning & shaking head no we’re closed. All this despite store hours posted as 9pm every day except Sunday. Also this store has TWICE accepted my online order and when I’ve arrived between the above mentioned times, the above scenarios occurred so I had to drive to another Smoothie King, show my proof of order and be provided a smoothie there which is not another store’s responsibility. Unacceptable!

Discontinued 5 dollar smoothie Fridays. Wack.

The slowest smoothie I have ever had. Ordered only to find out it was less expensive to order a larger size due to a special. Took 10 min for someone to take my order with no one in line ahead of me. Still haven’t received my smoothie so I can’t comment on how long it will take but it’s easy to say it’s too long. Next time I’ll buy a fruit tree, grow fruit, and make my own. That’ll be faster.
