We all enjoyed our dinners. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was awesome. Thank you Chef Michaelino for visiting with us. We will be back!!
Rosa mia, Rosa mia to start the super friendly waitress. She explained to us which were the most requested pastas and her favorites. We ordered a carpaccio, it was scrumptious, she loved her. I ordered a chicken fettuccini pasta, with pomodoro sauce and breadcrumbs. I loved this pasta. I loved the super fresh flavors. but I will talk about the carbonara, it did not taste like carbonara, I think they went too far from black pepper, the pasta tasted too much like black pepper. I think they have to fix that. but everything else super delicious
Rosa Mia is a really special restaurant for my fiancé and I. We have been going to this restaurant for our anniversary and Valentine’s Day for the last 6 years, and it’s never disappointed us. The service is really great, and honestly I think the overall vibe is sweet and endearing. It really gives off like the entire staff is a family, and we love that. Some of our favorites are the lasagna. It’s sooooo delicious abs they actually use béchamel instead of ricotta, which is great. As someone who’s family owned an authentic Italian restaurant, where my father studied Italian cuisine in northern Italy - I think the food is fantastic. I highly highly recommend!
We called last minute on a Saturday to see if we could get in..(it was 5:45). They said they were totally booked at 7 but if we could get there by 6 they would seat us. Since it was just the two of us, we were ok with having to be finished by 7! (Not having to cook? A no brainer!)) Warmly greeted when we walked in and our server, Nancy, was exceptional. What a breath of fresh air, with a big smile and so helpful with our menu choices. Would definitely make sure we are seated with her again. My husband got the veal piccata and I got the Eggplant Parm...both meals were hot (mine was super hot) and so good!! Definitely the BEST eggplant I've had! The wine (cab) was reasonable and we killed the bottle!! The owner, Michael , personally greeted us at our table and was a delight. Amazing food, service....a wonderful family owned place to call home!! Can't wait to go back...when we plan in advance!!
I had a surprise party thrown for me here and it was the greatest atmosphere. It literally felt like I went back in time to the scene of an Italian family sharing a meal together. The service, the food, the options, the atmosphere… all of it was hands down the best experience I have had in an Italian restaurant ever. I ate the gnocchi and it was phenomenal. The owner was not only helping with the table but helped create the family style atmosphere that was an amazing experience.
What a charming dining experience. We were from out of town and our son recommended RosaMia to us. We went early on a Saturday evening without reservations and the staff was so accommodating in find us a table. Meals were delicious and owner is very classy.....he visits tables to welcome guests and see if all is well. Next time we're in town it is a do-over!
Great local spot for a delicious and authentic Italian meal! The service was top notch and the food was fresh and very tasty. I can't recommend it enough!!
After we read some amazing reviews. We chose this place for lunch. Very disappointed with the service, our cup was dirty both of them, one with lipsticks and the other was shattered along the top. We talked to the waiter and he replaced them with another 2 dirty cups!!!!. If you are charging almost $3 for a cup of soda, at list be sure to clean the cups. We r in a pandemic!!!!. He told to a lady than was sitting there, I assumed is the owner or manager, she just explained " oh wow". The tile ceiling was open. The ravioli plate was too small, 8 ravioli at must. We ll never be back.
We absolutely loved our dinner at RosaMia! The food was so delicious and the staff was super attentive. Perfect family-owned spot for an authentic Italian meal!
love the atmosphere. good place to eat and catch up
