Do not even bother trying to save time by ordering on the app. We ordered online at 12:45pm on 6/19. Was told my order would be ready 12:58pm. Went and sat inside jersey mikes. After 15 minutes went to the counter (1 person in line) to inquire and they had not even started the order. I was in a rush and asked them to cancel the order. The person at the counter said he did not know how to do it. I had to in the app. The FAQ in the app says the store has to cancel the order. After sitting and waiting longer, they slapped together some sandwiches and threw them into a bag and rudely handed them to me. One of the sandwiches was not even in a paper bag; just the wrapper thrown into a greasy bag. I just wanted a refund and ended up losing 30 min of my fathers day and $40 worth of greasy sandwiches. I have pictures of how they were given to me as well. I am so so so so disappointed in how this was handled! Apparently it was after the lunch rush, but there were multiple tables open for me to sit and wait. They made me feel like such an inconvenience. Worst jersey mikes experience!
A month ago I left a 3 star review because of all the mistakes that Jersey Mike's made on my last 3 orders. 2 of the 3 orders also cost me money because I did not receive items that I paid for. The owner, Josh responded to my review. He apologized, and said he went over everything with his crew. He asked me to reach out to him through an e mail so he could make things right, and offer me some free food. I sent him an e mail, and to this day, I have not heard a word from him, let alone been offered any free food. I'm still out the money I spent for items I didn't receive, and I feel that he has no intentions of making things right.

The team here is really lively and kind! I was given a few flyers for catering after they asked if I worked in the area; appreciated the forethought and friendliness.
My son used to work here. The store has changed ownership recently. I called today about a tax form that the previous owner had to provide and a very polite, helpful gentleman named Demetrius promised to call me back with where my son could go to collect his form. He found the info, and called me back in minutes! Excellent customer service! Will continue to order subs from this location.
$13 for a sandwich. What world are these people in. I can name 30 places in 30 seconds with a better deal.

Too bad I didn't take pics of my sammiches I got from this JM via Doordash.... I ordered on a Sunday night but I got stale/crusty bread and way too much mayo and mustard. I ate it because it costed me and my family $50+ for this order... It may be better if you don't order from DD and order at their store but I didn't do that because I wanted home delivery. Usually JM's are better than this. It's not Subway for God's sake!!!
