This place was phenomenal! I can honestly say this is one of the best brunches I’ve tried in the city of Atlanta. The drink menu was really cool, and the food was absolutely delicious. Make sure to give the cinnamon toast cereal milk a try! The staff here was really great & offered suggestions from the menu. I’d love to come back & try this place again.

I really want to like our First Watch -- food is usually good and it is convenient. However, visits over the last few months are a mixed bag.Table cleanliness has been sub-par: tables and seats need to be cleaned for first customers in morning. We have had to request the table to be cleaned and dusted off our seat cushions at 7:15am. Not just the usual stickiness of a varnished table, but glass rings and stuck on food dirty.Utensils and bowls are sometimes unclean: We have learned to check our silverware after I stirred my coffee with a crusty spoon. 2 out of 3 of our silverware packs were crusty that day. The server said she always wipes the dirty stuff off with a rag when she is packing them...Chunky and spunky drinks: Twice we have had drinks that may have been a bit off -- orange juice that was sparkly and milk with crud in it.Servers: Many times, the servers are really good. Sometimes, they bring the food and don't come back except to bring the check. Recently tried to bring attention to a chunky drink, but our server had been busy. As one of the other servers passed by, I tried to mention it and was told "I am not your server"Food: This has been the best part. Level of quality and taste is as expected. However, pay attention to the bill. We have been charged extra for things that should be included -- for example, sausage comes with kid's breakfast, but sometimes they charge it as a $4.99 side. Please get better. This could be a really great place.

Food is awesome; servers are great! The male Manager is not very flexible and polite-maybe the Hispanic girl (Sorry I forgot her name but she made people feel welcomed and special.) in the restaurant should replace him. I wonder why the outdoor place is open ONLY when the district manager came visit in cold Nov., but not open in warm April. If it’s short staff, hire more people. Waiting for 70 min to get the food isn’t the best experience. We used to love this place for the record. Not anymore.

Update 4/8/22:Menu still has a nice variety. If you are not happy with what is served, let your server know. This location wants you to be happy with your order. Kitchen staff is new and not up to speed on things, so do make sure your sandwich has ample fillings.*******Seems lately you need to ck your order for completeness. Items left out of salads, skimpy sandwich fillings, however, they are willing to correct without issue.

I had the lemon ricotta pancakes with bacon.I am a person who normally does not order pancakes out because they never cook them to my liking but at First Watch my pancakes were DELICIOUS!Service was fast and price was not extreme!

Review changed from 5 to 3 stars. The food and servers are always great and the food definitely taste better as dine-in. But with the pandemic, I’ve done more take-out to be healthier. Usually, my order is prepared and packaged correctly (stapled bag) but a week ago, it was missing 2 items. As it goes, my son brought the food home and we didn’t realize the error until after he had arrived home. I called the location to report the error, and after a debate with the person on the phone and another person in the background, I drove back. While on the phone, the person in the background insisted that the order was checked and packaged correctly b4 pickup, and also stated that I (the caller) was lying. Finally, it was then offered that I drive back to get the missing items. Lying? Why would I really want to cheat First Watch out of 2 waffles that I paid for. Why would I want to drive unnecessarily back a whole 10-15 mins to get two free (missing) waffles while the rest of my family waited to eat, all while the packaged food is now cold food. Cold breakfast food; eggs, pancakes, etc. isn’t very tasty. For the phone debate, attitude, and my having to drive back to get something the restaurant did in error. My typical 5 star review is now 3 stars.

Usually the food is delicious. And eating in would allow one to send your meal back. This review is more of the carry out experience. Over the past several months the quality has been hit or miss, mostly miss. I have not ordered from here in a month due to the last round of quality issues. Today I decided to give them another chance. I am picking up my order and not using a delivery service for the record.Today was the last straw. I only received half of the biscuit, and the half I received was broken into several pieces. I think I got 2 eggs, but the over medium was over easy and one yolk had spread throughout the container. The potatoes were interesting. Some were extremely undercooked and others were burned to a crisp. About a 1/3 we’re edible. Half of the grits were half cooked - gritty grits were not appealing. And finally, the order of bacon (4 slices) was only 1 1/2 slices I think. The bacon was extremely over done and had broken into several pieces.Prior orders from the Johns Creek location have been similar in the quality - raw/undercooked, burnt, partial/completely missing items. The moral of the story - either eat there so you can send your meal back or unpack & inspect your order before you leave. Or just find some where else.

I tried to put my name online so I could get in line prior to arriving at the restaurant. However, on the website it said “no wait” so I couldn’t place my name online. When we got to the restaurant, the girl said it would be a 20 min wait to be seated (which wasn’t that long) however, I had tried to put my name on the line to avoid having to wait when I arrived. I asked the hostess why it was showing no wait online and she said “she didn’t know”. We got seated, only to find a soaked table along with some sticky residue on it. I had to ask the server for some paper towels to properly wipe down the table as our arms were sliding around on the table from how wet it was. We ordered our food and waited over 30 mins to eat. When we finally got our food (we had ordered an omelet and a traditional breakfast) - the omelet looked like it had been made with only one egg, and it had been spread out so far thin that you could see right through the omelet. It had also been burnt to a crisp. The sour cream that they normally put on top of it to serve it (mostly to make it look presentable) was the size of a dime… that’s how stingy they were with the preparation of the meal. It looked terrible!! My eggs from my meal were so over cooked - they were hard and dry. I’ve been going to First Watch for years, and I have never had such a terrible experience like we did today!!

This is a Breakfast-Brunch place. Very little "Lunch" options. Environment has a farmhouse vibe. Don't understand the doors hanging from the ceiling look...They have spiked drinks and natural juices. Cage free eggs, fresh fruit and bread. $10-$20 per person. I recommend the Farmhouse Hash Skillet.Staff was nice but were not attentive. Food quality was great and consistent with other locations. Clean and they accept online orders and virtual payments.

Excellent food (as always at First Watch) + good service today too. Will be back!
