I really do not like this location as they did not honor the t-mobile Tuesday promotion and the staff is not friendly.
Employee had both head phones in and was very rude and checked out. I in no way felt comfortable or welcomed here
My wife placed an online lunch order yesterday that was supposed to be ready at 11:55. I arrived at that time and proceeded to wait. After much time passed, I asked several customers that were getting their orders what time was their order supposed to be ready. It was well after mine. Finally, 35 minutes later, I get my order. I asked the gentleman why all those orders had been placed ahead of mine. He turned around and walked away ignoring me. I walked to the other end of the counter and asked him again. His response was "a salad takes longer to make. Have a nice day." I then asked for the manager. The cashier asked if she could help me. I asked again who was the manager but no one would give me a straight answer. I have been in business for a very long time and would never allow my customers to be treated with this level of disrespect. I am very disappointed in Firehouse Subs and would not recommend patronizing a business that treats their customers in this manner.
WowThis place used to be good.I see a big difference. The bread is steamed and very soggy. The bacon is not well cooked.It was a mushy sandwich.
Friendly and helpful staff and DELICIOUS FOOD!!! Hands down the BEST potato-cheese soup I’ve ever had! Subs were mouthwatering delectable!!!!
Got here way before closing time and they refused to serve. Made me wait before telling me they are not going serve me.
They completely dishonored the Tmobile Tuesday offer for a free medium sub saying they don’t accept it when the fine print on the offer says at any Firehouse sub location. No wonder why the store was completely empty.
Worst Firehouse location ever. Rude people and the food is below average. Third time there and it is the same. They treat us badly.
I’ve been having their subs for a while now and every time I order their subs, they never fail to amaze me! Great service, hard-working crews, appreciate it!
When I ordered a sandwich a little after 9 pm tonight from the only place that was open, my expectations were low. I was sure the bread would be stale, the lettuce wilted, and the employees angry to be there, but I was a hungry man.I was wrong. The employees were professional and the sandwiches were hot and ready in less than 10 minutes. It felt like opening a treasure chest when I got home, and it tasted even better than it looked.Strongly recommend this place at any hour. Also the following sandwiches got full marks from the familyItalian w/ hot peppersThe EngineerKids honey ham w/rice Krispy treat.
