We ordered over $80 worth of food from this place through a delivery app and all that arrived were chips. They left out every single piece of actual food that we ordered
I ordered $40 worth of food the packaging was leaky and all in one container it was a mess. Didn't even give me utensils or napkins. Regardless of how the food taste presentation is important. I could've ate anywhere for $40 and got much nicer prepared food. I called the manager and went in just for utensils and I had to insist on a drink just cause i know i didnt drive all the out there for a utensil. Saying I'm sorry sir we'll get you a gift card. Long behold, the gift card is just valued at $10. That's not gone to buy anything, honestly probably not going to use it.
The best margaritas! Waitress at lunch is overworked. Too many tables for one person to handle, but she kept up.
I can't rate this place on the food since we came in and were never seated. We walked in and most of the seated guests were looking for service. We didn't see a single employee. They were super understaffed.
Floors were being swept with a kitchen broom, right next to u, right after we were all seated. Man wildly sweeping, never acknowledged us,or smiled, or even looked friendly. The waitress was okay, but could've been more attentive. She spent a lot of time at another table, visiting, and overly loud laughing, like a drunk person. That was very annoying.She never offered any of us a refill. We had to ask for it. She was very inattentive to our needs. After we asked for 'to go' containers, she brought them out UNDER HER ARMS, then held them with her dirty fingers all inside the cartons! Quite disgusting! The Ladies Rm handicapped bathroom smelled like a sewer! Lastly, the food was mediocre. Waitress never offered us dessert or dessert menus. They charge almost $15 for an appetizer!! We got only 2 bowls of chips and dip for 12 people. That quickly disappeared, and we got no more. Then we waited forever for our food to arrive. No one in the kitchen had a head covering on. Our waittress' long hair was not pulled back or covered. It was hanging down over her shoulders. When she brought the receipts out, there were a few errors. I never heard a 'thank you' for coming, from her. ?

Came and asked for a table for 5people and the receptionist was on her phone and was very rude, when I asked her she would roll her eyes like she was doing me favor. I wonder when a company or franchise does hiring don't they train there employees to respect there customers, or even train employees to see if they a perfect fit for the job before the hire
Service was kind. Food was served quick and fresh. Manager was hands on. Great service.
Walked in and they screamed to see if I had a reservation....who's making reservations for chili. Then they tried to seat the people who came in after me. When seated they took 10mins to wait one me. While someone working screamed to tell to give him 5 more minutes. So the people who walked in after me were still helped before me. After receiving bad service from the door to the table. I left before I could order so I wouldnt have a bad meal as well.I will not be back and will tell others of the bad treatment to stay away.
I have visited this Chili's twice for lunch and found it to be friendly, extremely clean and the food is wonderful. I ordered the Lunch Special with the cheeseburger, fries and it comes with what they call a small salad which was a very, very large salad packed with lots of different ingredients including cucumbers, slices of onion, tomatoes, etc. - the cheeseburger was cooked to perfection and was huge with the meat patty hanging over the side. The french fries were fantastic as well and all the portions were huge. The special also included a drink, and mine was unsweet iced tea which was served in an oversized glass and was excellent. I am a senior citizen and enjoyed this lovely place a lot because the servers were quick, cleanly dressed and served as fast as they could. I did hear that sometimes the service was not as fast as usual due to staffing shortages, especially after school started. I will continue to patronage this Chili's due to the efforts made on every level. Thank you shout outs to all the employees there.
