Cashier extremely rude to 8 MONTHS PREGNANT WOMAN who just wanted a snack craving fulfilled. UPDATE YOUR HOURS if you suddenly don’t close at 11pm anymore. This is ridiculous and appalling that a pregnant woman is brought to tears after being told to order, and then cut off with “we’re closed.” ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I would never recommend coming here if you expect to be treated with decency in the DRIVE THRU

I don't know. I just can't understand the hype behind Arbys. I finally gave in and tried something simple like a chicken salad sandwich and it was very dry down to the bread and the curly fries. It's gonna be a no for me.

Ordered mozzarella sticks (6pc) , they gave me kids size (4pc). I won’t go back because of 2pc of sticks ,just wanna tell them to pay attention to the service.

I arrived at the drive thru at 9:40 on Saturday night. Place was closed down. Not only did it show they were supposed to be open until 11:00 PM online, but their own hours posted on the restaurant drive thru window show they’re open until 11:00 PM for drive thru. I mean, closing a few minutes early is one thing, but an hour and half is ridiculous. Just update the open hours so you’re not being disrespectful of people’s time they’re going to waste driving there expecting an open restaurant.

Im giving 3 stars because come on guys. Time to open up the indoor dining. I was and still am a supporter of covid protections but you and chick fil a here in Gwinnett are on another level. We can even order inside in city of Atlanta for goodness sake

Food is great. Service is adequate. They won't give you any sauce unless you ask for them. Don't forget to ask for plenty of Arby's and Horsey sauce guys.

Didn't even get to order. Was on my lunch break had 1 person working very hard taking orders and begging other employees for help loudly. Never received the help she was calling for. Had to go before I could even order. I can't afford to return to work late.

5 people that came in after me got their foods ahead of me. Check with the cashier and she said that's because I ordered 5 sandwiches that's why I have to wait. What a lame excuse.

This is our favorite arbys since moved to Johns Creek but today this associate made us changed our mind of coming back anymore!Pulled up at the drive through trying to figured out what my kids wanted but this lady rushing us up to place our order. Multiple times I had said to give us a few minutes and when we’re ready I’ve to call three times informing them that we’re ready to order. Right when I said I would like to have the number 17 she right away telling me that they have no salad available at all when I verified if and asked why they’ve no salad available, she then right away yelled at me and being furious why I’ve to question her!!!!I pulled up at the window to try talking to this person as I’ve no choice to back up, but she right away put her head out the window like about to attack you super upset and give me a middle finger!!!!My 12 and 6 year old daughter’s was shocked at this associate behavior!, so devastated to learn that this arbys hired this associate who has no clue about customer service. Very sad
