7/10/2022 1:00-3pmThe team was in disarray and the store looked junky which indicates Poor management - both, the front house and kitchen Management. We were grateful to be seated but we were greeted with a very unkept foyer. I.e. Mat with logo Not vacuumed the least bit, surfaces and seat not wiped, floor looked un mopped. (Fine, maybe there was a lot of traffic on church Sunday.)Very sweet hostess (slim/tall Desi young lady) she got us seated quickly however, we weren't offered booster seats for our toddlers.Very nice waitress with good attitude (Mixed descent-American looking young lady, with orange hair), however she was very unfocused and seemed undertrained as she was not attentive at all nor accommodating to a table with toddlers.Once the waitress brought out our drinks our toddler had a spill. She gave us a stack of napkins but never offered to help wipe up the spilled water from our toddlers, she never came to get the pile of soaked napkins, never checked on us, never gave us an update about our ticket status, never came to refill our drinks. We waited about 45 min for food with hungry screaming crying tired toddlers. The room temperature was very hot and uncomfortable. Not one time did the front house manager walk around and ask us how we were doing or if everything was okay even though we can hear in the air from the staff that the kitchen was just backed up.We could see that the customers around us also had a long wait time with their food. All the hostess were gathered and looking frustrated and confused, not knowing what to do or say anytime a customer came to them with an issue. While waiting so long with antsy hungry toddlers, I finally had to go to a hostess and ask another hostess in that gathering if they had booster seats. She only offered one type which did not accommodate to our children really well at all. They had the better type near the restrooms but the hostess never offered.By the time the food came out we didn't even have utensils to eat them with for about 3 minutes. We had to constantly remind her about what was missing from our order. Please do not waste your money on that Mardi gras omelette. Its is bland, and under seasoned, and just disappointing. The pancakes were delicious. French toast was delicious.Bathroom was just plain old disgusting and not organized. And I'm not talking about after rush I'm talking about the paper towel dispenser having gunk all around it even where the paper towels come out. Why was there a knife with caked up dust on top of the paper towel dispenser???? Why was that caked up dust all over the bathroom?? The sink was stopped up with sitting water. Trash can piled up past the brim. Floor looked dirty and disgusting even with it being black.Waitress gave us the bill folder which had in it, the card of customer who was next to us. I walked up to report it all to see her cutting a pile of lemons. She looked confused to how we got it but she clearly put it on our table. I regretted to give her a tip but she was never rude nor did she have a bad attitude.
So my first experience was great, so much so that I wanted to come again. We went the day before Mother's Day at 12:15. We were told for 3 people 25/30 minute wait cool. (They close at 2:00) Not only did we wait for over an hour but we saw people who came after us get seated before us and when we asked it, she lied and said they were already there. (I saw when they arrived and was put on the waiting list) we finally get seated our waiter was amazing and so friendly, however that food was cold, and much smaller portion size than before and another location. I won't be back again. They got the stars because the waiter was awesome.
I have been wanting to try this restaurant, so we decided to come for my birthday brunch. The food and service did not disappoint! Both our entrees were amazing (I tried the seasonal Piccata Benedict, and it was AMAZING), and our server Shawn was so kind and attentive! I loved the coffee cups they use (and currently they have the best coffee of all my favorite brunch spots) so when my husband tried to buy one for my birthday, they gave it to us as a gift for free. The menu has some items that are tried and true, and some that are more adventurous, so there is definitely something for everyone. I love that they have a pet friendly patio; we will definitely be bringing our cavapoo with us this summer when we come for breakfast and brunch! So glad we finally were able to try Another Broken Egg, and we have found a spot our whole family will love!
Had a great birthday brunch with my friends. The staff was so sweet
First time having brunch here and we absolutely loved it! Great variety on the menu for food and drinks! We ended up with the mimosas pitcher. I had their biscuits and Gravy that came with house made sauage patties ... they were some of the best I've ever had! Hubby had The Floridian omlett and it did not disappoint! This is definitely be a go to brunch spot for us!
Service excellent! Clean inside. Good crowd for Fri. AM. Birthday pancakes and egg whites omelette. Menu shows on line and at location berries and goat-cheese “inside” 3 pancakes and topped with whipped cream. NOPE. Simply showed menu and asked what server saw. What was NOT done what they have had in the menu for 1yr and not updated1. Nothing about only 2 “birthday pancakes” in Birthday email2. Server explained berries and goat cheese not made ”in” pancakes for over a year? So why still on menus like this?3. 5 blueberries, a 1/4 spoon of goat cheese and dark pancakes not appetizing.Server had to be asked for extra blueberries, whipped cream. Again remember only 2 “birthday” pancakes (yet not told or noted)Overall probably last trip as same issue in Jan. for wife’s birthday- she asked them for pancakes with mixed berries “in” and they did make after 1st order of dark pancakes. Should he golden brown.
While the food was great! I would HIGHLY recommend the company as a whole look into restroom options. My daughters went into the women's restroom only to discover there was a employee(man) cross dresser also present. I do not have a problem of which he may identify however I have an issue that my 8&6 year daughters could have been exposed to the UNKNOWN had it not been them running out the restroom once they realized there was a man in the restroom. When asked to speak to the manger Mark whom did not have an answer as to why the company allow a man in the woman restroom. I was told that my concern would be passed along. It has been a week and I have yet to hear from anyone! I will no longer support this operation until there is some type of ethical practices taken place. Administrator your daughters families !!! FYIThere NO signage stating the restrooms are Unisex
Very delicious, service was great
Had a great experience today at this location. Our server Melanie who was also the bartender did a fantastic job serving us today and was very attentive. The shrimp and grits is my favorite dish there and we will frequent this location more!
waited 50 min to be seated (was told it would be a 35-40 min wait). We were taken to our table only to realize it had not been cleaned from the previous party. The table was still dirty and wet after it was "cleaned". We finally sat down and quickly ordered, and waited, and waited, and waited....... Finally out waitress came out and said sorry for the wait, i know some people have been waiting for 58 minutes for their food... So, we waited some more.... Food came out finally... My daughter had lettuce inside her "berry waffle", yes, lettuce! My pancake was RAW on the inside.... SO disappointed, I really wanted to like this place.
