I have to tell you something,I will 5 star you guys every single time. I do feel kind of bad, I tried Chick-fil-A for the first time today. And I am not impressed. The food was as bland as Sunday.And not to mention, the whole experience of ordering was awful. Don't ever put your workers outside to take customers orders. All it did to me was make me feel overwhelmed and pressured to give an order when I actually didn't even know what I wanted.I'll never go back to Chick-fil-A solely bc of how they take orders. Secondly bc their food sucks. And lastly. Bc Zaxby's is better.Don't turn into Chick-fil-A please. You guys are perfect how you are.
I ordered two of the little nibbler sandwich. They were super yummy! Would have put 5 stars if they had a tad more sauce and maybe a pickle or 2, but overall they were good!
Chicken sandwich tasted like deer ankles. Had the same texture as a fried platypus cutlet. Fries tasted like plastic. 0/10 shoulda just went to burger king to get fat.
Please read the order details when it comes to uber eats I got 2 zax sauces with I asked for ranch and ex ranch and I'm in town for training and cant leave base so I cant get this fixed so just please read your tickets bc this time of year there are alot of us who cant leave base

The food is always fresh however the toast is often hit or miss and I dislike that BC it's such an important part of the meal. The staff members are really nice and professional. When I visited today I was VERY disappointed that the mangers shirt was so filthy looking with spots and stains, looks like his shirt hadn't been washed in weeks....that's a poor presentation of leadership and it really turned my stomach.1/17/2022 Today the food and the sweet tea was amazingly delicious. Everyone was super friendly. Whoever was cooking the food for the inside orders should be the cook everyday and he needs to train the other cooks.

This is the absolute worst Zaxbys I have ever had!!! It was a complete waste of money because the entire meal went in the trash. The chicken smelled and taste as if it was cooked in very old oil. I will never eat here again.
Everytime my family orders from this location they forget a portion of what we order, the employees do nothing but good off and act very unprofessional everytime I come through thanks for yet again your horrible service
