The Ranch dressing and nice male employee is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I ordered online 2pm, pick up time of 28-35 minutes. No one attending the pick up window, drink machine had no choices but water and sugar free soda, cold food. The paper bag busted because of water leaking from veggie sticks. I won't be going back unless it's to buy Ranch dressing.
I wish that I could have gave it five stars but considering I had to make two trips this is what they get. I understand things happen and Lord knows I understand how it goes in the food industry but considering your main product are wings why would you ever send out wings that look like dried up, past hold-time chicken and semi warm goopy fries? It's beyond me, man! Some people take lots of pride doing what they do and some people do it just to skate by for a check and I get it but have some standards, if not for the things that you do, for yourself. Anyhow, I called and the manager on duty, Tanya, was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! She personally saw to that my order was remade to Wingstop standards and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was robust, juicy and full of flavor... just the way Wingstop's chicken should be. Tanya's exemplary customer service, pleasant demeanor and managerial skills corrected this unfortunate hiccup. I will definitely come back to this location.
Most of the time that I am in Hinesville, I always stop at this Wing Stop. This time I was less than pleased with them. One of the employees was smoking weed in the parking lot. How do I know this? I normally park in the corner of the parking lot where it's shaded to eat my food. His car was doubled parked and I pulled right in beside him to be in the shaded area. He sat in his car on the phone, smoking a blunt, and I am sure that right after that he went in to make customer's food. Behavior like that turns me off to an establishment.
The night manager on duty tonight 5/20/2022 @ 9:20pm should be fired. He acts like a high school bully berating people and belittling them without provocation. I called back to ask about the complaint process, was insulted some more then he hung up. Looks like I'll have to contact corporate to file a complaint. I love the food here but this location will never get another dollar from me.
Wing Stop as a franchise is amazing but i refuse to return to this particular one. Horrible service and my wings tasted like they had been re-fried 3 times or more. It was just not up to par for what i expect from a Wing Stop.
Horrible! After sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes someone finally came to the window and I asked if they had a 50 piece wing deal. He said he didn't know several times and when I said I wanted to order 50 wings he told me it would be 15 minand I had to go inside to order them while the girl behind him was intently listening. When I went inside as instructed the girl that was listening was at the counter and above her was the sign that showed the 50 wing deal. When I told her that was what I wanted she promptly told me it would be 30 minutes or more. At this time I left and will never return to this place. It seemed to me as if they didn't want to have to cook the wings, I'm assuming because it would have interrupted their conversation.
Absolutely fantastic! Adasia (I might have her name wrong, but I hope not) was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made the whole process great! The food was so good. We had chicken tenders (so crispy outside and juicy/tender inside), Hawaiian wings (wow) and garlic parmesan wings. They were delicious. Great fries, seasoned just right.
Waited at the corner to be served for 5 minutes. Numerous employees looked at me and ignored me. They obviously didn’t want to do their jobs. This was my first time ever trying a Wingstop and it is going to be my last. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDANCE
Miss Tanya the store manager is fabulous she is breathtaking to the store. My food was hot and ready to go Miss Tanya told me 20 minutes I was there in 25 and it was hot and delicious
Called in a order and was told 25 mins. I get there about 25 mins. I waited for 30 mins waiting for my order while most of the staff went on break. They literally had 10 people at the register with no one talking there order.
