You all are good but the drive thru line just do not make sense. People block the way after you get your food so you're basically stuck which means the line isn't going anywhere until someone moves out the way but common sense isn't common to everyone especially when they see cones.
Always excessive wait, have to make customers drinks, Lobby closed too often, no greeting, customer service has left the building. 7 steps are don't exist anymore. Greeting, friendly, suggestive sale, condiments, napkins, straws no longer a given. 3 minutes or less is more like 20 minutes. Employees no longer trained to serve the public, no courtesy. Save your money. Truth
The lobby was open and the food was fresh. The tables were clean and everything appeared operational. The floors were really sticky, kinda of fun.
This is only my 3rd time stopping at this location, but the service was awful this time. Got to the drive thru speaker and was told to hold on. 10mins later, still no one came back to proceed taking my order. I said something in the speaker and the girl says “order when you’re ready.” — When I got to the window to pay, the chick had an attitude, which was uncalled for, as I was the one waiting a century to order. The line was wrapped around the building. I was in line for at least 25-30mins.. Ridiculous! Will not be visiting this location again!
How are ya'll always so slow when you only have the drive thru open? Ya'll were just a slow before covid, but I thought it would pickup since you ONLY do DT after 10:30.Would be nice if you updated your google info too. I also apreciate getting the wrong, but then no one will come to the door or help unless I get back in the DT line and wait another 20-35 minutes to even see someone.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I came here to get my mom food while she is at work. The drive thru line was so long and I have a sleeping baby in the car so when I saw open parking spots that had signs saying “Mobile Order Parking,” I decided to do that. I order through the website and then I was unable to check in to the spot. I call inside and they inform me I must go through the drive thru or come inside so I waited in the drive thru .. What even is the point of these parking spaces ? They don’t do anything but misguide people. When I finally got to the speaker, the girl was very rude to me. She kept telling me I didn’t have an order here when I reread the order to her and the address from the website order confirmation. I finally just pulled to the window. The young man was very nice and grabbed the manager right away for me while the girl from the back walked up running her mouth. This was not a good look for this company. She was very unprofessional and also looked very unhygienic. The manager was able to get my order and very nicely explain the mixup. Once I got to the hospital to drop off my moms food I realize my order is completely missing items. This was the absolute worst customer service experience. I had to come back and take my car seat inside and all just to get my order right. They also can’t give names of employees if you want to contact corporate. If you’re gonna have the audacity to treat customers that way at least be capable of making a sandwich and putting it in a bag.
This is the third time I order from you guys and my order came out wrong, and pickles don’t go on chicken sandwich, also the food was cold, I called and no one answer and I was too far to make it back before you guys was closed…if I had my receipt I would’ve bring it back the next day.
Order the 2 Baconator and baked potato with sweet tea. Then a kids meal cheeseburger with fries. First thing is a they put the wrong burger in the bag. Called and talked to the manager Robin. Headed to take the burger back had to set the line again to get the issue fix because they were horse playing. Then get back to the house to eat and the potatoes where old and the cheese looked old. This was a real waste of money and time.
Short staffed so the drive thru is long but you can go inside and order your food. Seen a worker who had a cup she was drinking out of take the top off of her cup who h she was drinking out of with a straw scoop up some ice with the same cup she was drinking out of nasty ? and that is not the food service way she was supposed to get another cup or use an ice scoop but she was Not supposed to use her drinking cup and scoop up some ice. Y'all might now want to use ice in your drinks. That ice should have been thrown out and some more made even though it would have taken at least 24 hours to make more.
Waited in line since 442. At 558 an associate told me they closed at 6pm I been waiting over a hour at this point to order they could of told me a hour ago that they wasn't able to take my order everything is now closed so I guess I'm just s.o.l.
