I love this place. I couldn't ask for a better Italian place in such a mall city like Hinesville. The server which I don't remember her name but had cool eyeglasses was amazing! So far everything I have tried is excellent.
True Italian food made by real Italians!This small business is one of a dying breed. Hand made food made exactly the way you want it. The portions are more than expected Although this place is understaffed, your wait time was minimal. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Hinesville and I plan on stopping by for something to take home for this place!
This is what I ordered:Foccacia bread: WAY TOO SALTY. Also way too much rosemary. I literally had to wipe off the salt with a paper towel before I took each bite. For $8.34 I expect something much better done.Rice balls: pretty good! The rice was a little too mushy, but for $8.75 I think I got what I paid for.Baked cheese ravioli: They said that this was a popular dish on the website but it seems like they use frozen ravioli. The sauce had a strange taste to it. I definitely don't think that it was worth $14.47.
11.35 for three shrimp in a shrimp Alfredo.. the manager proudly announced he did this. take your money someplace else. Also the Alfredo sauce is terrible, it tastes like the cheese is expired, I barely could get through two bites before I had to throw it away. this place used to be good I'm not sure what is going on at this place, but a food inspector needs to come check out the sauces before somebody gets sick.
The food is decent, but if you want to work for them? I would suggest you run away as quick as possible. For TWO YEARS after I left that place I have still yet to receive any kind of paperwork regarding my tax forms. After spending a year calling them and leaving my name and number with current addresses as well, with former & current employees plus the OWNERS they still haven’t given me any paperwork or any information on when I’ll receive any. I also wasn’t even a week healed after giving birth and making the two day long drive to Hinesville to talk to the owners in person about this issue and the husband acted like he didn’t remember me and said to talk to the wife. Even then I left my name and current info with him.Also if you don’t want to be in the way of the owners son throwing chairs across the kitchen or their daughter jumping over the counter and attacking a customer then I’d suggest you look for somewhere else to work. Many times I would have to call out after being around their children and their outbursts of violence just because I was scared to be around them. It became very clear that the owners had zero intention to fix their children’s behavior since they still came into work and would still throw tantrums like little children. It’s sad that my own two year old is more well behaved than their possibly twenty something year old children.
I've eaten at every pizza place in Hinesville. I'll never eat at another other than That's Italian. The pizza is perfect. The perfect amount of flop, the perfect amount of cheese, the taste is phenomenal. I highly recommend them and at a great price. Especially their daily specials.
We ordered the family pasta special of stuffed shells, it was delicious and my kids 100 percent approved, I think we just found our new dining place!
All I can say is OMG ...I had their pizza for the first time today 1/21/22 since I moved to GA from NJ 4 years ago... I went in this afternoon with my 3 yr old daughter and neighbor who showed me the place HANDS DOWN the best place ever even their simple salad is AMAZING...best in GA I've been for pizza and I'm sure everything else on the menu is a 10 star ... No one compares to new Jersey style pizza like them nor will anyone come close coming from someone born and raised up north for 30 yrs... Best place ever ALL around GA 10 stars from me....great job to the 2 young men and owner ..... Winner
Great food , best pizza in town !! If you’re used to Papa John’s and Domino’s (yuk) this place isn’t for you ?. If you’re gonna complain about delivery just stfu and go pick up !!
Very delicious NY-Italian style pizza. Satisfied an itch we had had for a long time. They also have terrific arancini (Italian rice balls) but for the price they are small and not very many to an order. Overall fairly pricey, so will only likely come here when we need our fix but definitely a premier pizza option in the area.
