Drive Through was coned off. Seemed to be plenty if staff so not sure what the issue was. By the time we made it home (6 min away) with the tacos, they were a soggy wet mess. Soft tacos were stuck to the paper, and tasted flavorless. Very concerned with the cleanliness of the store. I observed workers come in from outside, immediately start making food with no hand washing. Floor in the kitchen looked like a wet mess as well. Would not recommend this Taco Bell based off of my first visit.
The last couple times I've been to Taco Bell around 11:00 at night your exterior lights lights haven't been working they're always out of items or sodas something needs to be corrected at this location for the night time shift. The most important thing is you need to get your exterior lights working properly it is a safety hazard. The food was extremely terrible. The burritos smelled awful my dog wouldn't even eat it I threw it all away. I'll make a call to corporate office tomorrow to get a refund. Also the cashier tried a short change me and it seems like a lot of times at night they say the credit card machines down and they can only accept cash I've yet to understand that
All of the food tasted pretty good. It seemed to be hot and made to order. Only complaint is that we asked for fire sauce in the drive thru and ended up with all mild sauce in the bag.
Some days all of them are on top of their game and others not so much but that's just a toss up. They're always friendly and as busy as they stay all the time you got to cut them some slack. They dress up and show up and do their best. I give them 5 stars.
The only reason they get one star is because there’s no option for 0 stars. The food is not bad but the problem is getting it. The manager needs to be absolutely fired and probably an entirely new staff hired. The place is advertised open until 4 am but if you go after midnight there will be people there in the clock inside the building but they won’t take any orders. If they do speak to you they will say their not serving because they are short handed. The place needs to either close very early, shut down, or find a decent manager to run the place. It is embarrassing to me every time I go there at night because Ive been a chef for 30 years. This place reflects awfully on my profession.
So I've been to this one before and it was great with friendly employees. However this time around the food was good but it was not great customer service plus you HAVE to order at the kiosk now so upside with changes you know they got put in the order but you still have to hope they put it on right with they did this time but I had to remind them about it drinks. 4 star on food 2 star on experience so 3 start overall.
Lately they have had a lot of problems. One time I have in wait in drive thru to be told I have to have exact cash only. I did not have cash. Next day told drive thru not accessible I have to go inside. Food is good. Staff is nice and friendly. Something to do with registers computer system updating. I don't go there much anymore.
It's getting better than it was. Food was good and fast. My order was right this time.
Just left there 3 minutes ago the girl was very rude and attitudinal they didn’t have certain food items and didn’t want to give me extra sauce and I got like 10 tacos. It was very convenient because it right out the gate but I rather travel to Savannah than go to this Taco Bell every again. Like what is the company losing for giving me 2 extra sauces even when I offer to pay for them!
During the drive through, there was a group of us in our cars who sat for a good 30-45 mins in the line just for them to tell us when we got to the front of the drive though line that the machine was down and they couldn't take our order. Why couldn't they put a sign out front, or have an employer step outside to inform the large line that their machine was down to prevent more people from driving up. Terrible and rude service. I haven't even ever eaten here, and probably won't ever now that I know how poor their service is.
