The subway workers here deserve a raise. There’s no way they are paid enough to deal with the terrible s*** talking customers. There have been multiple times where I wanted to fight the people i was waiting in line next too because they have zero patience and respect for the employees at this location. Just today there were 2 different people trying to call management or video tape the only employee working behind the counter during peak dinner hours. What do people expect when they come to a food place during the busiest time??? There’s a very likely chance of there being a short line at any food place. I hope subway management comes in to work at this location to see what these employees have to go through everyday. Anybody complaining about the hard working employees here needs some compassion and a reality check about what the food service world is like. Please be kinder to the people making your food.

Wow. Terrible service by the man working 5/17 around 5:30-5:40 - he does not need to work with the public AT ALL. When I walked up to the counter ready to place my order, he mumbled under his breath and I couldn’t hear what he was trying to say, and when I asked him to repeat himself he was very snappy with me but I proceeded to tell him what kind of bread for both of my subs. Then I kindly asked him if they had the rotisserie chicken while he was splitting the second sub, and this disrespectful PUNK replies to me with an unsolicited attitude, “You need to wait to tell me what sub you want. Can’t you see I am getting the bread ready?,” and scoffs at me. It was at this point that I got direct, and said that I was just asking a question and “Can you not multitask, sir?” He throws the bread knife down and calls his female coworker from the back and tells her “you are going to need to get this order.” I will say the female was extremely kind and had GREAT customer service. The gentleman stayed in the back and did not help her at all, though — the ENTIRE time I was in the store. I don’t know who owns or manages this Subway location, but they will be hearing from me. I am extremely kind to retail and food service workers and this guy is just a complete punk who seems extremely unhappy with himself and his job. I will be choosing a different location the next time I want to spend my money at a Subway.

Wasn't really happy with the first time we visited this subway but thought we'd give it another try. Well again only one kind of bread choice but at least the one lady that was working was polite and made our sandwiches exactly how we asked. Thank you to the lady working at Subway tonight.

The customer service was pretty good, boy the best honestly but better than others...My main issue is how subway has gotten what seems to be very cheap, stingy on the portions...I get alot more bread then I do meat and thats on ALL subs...Not a very cheap place to eat so in my eyes we pay for a decent helping but do not get it an ta HAVE TO speak up and when ya do I've seen eyes roll..

I went inside to order my lunch had one person in front of me and a older lady behind me. Two people working,, one doing all the work.. The other sitting down eating. Sandwich was okay, but when I'm on my lunch break I don't have the time to wait while they move like a snail. If you're gonna work a lunch rush, please move a little faster.

The last 3 times i’ve came in to this store, the man is not folding and cutting my sandwiches. When i get home, both are opened and have fell out of the bread.

I am editing my review second time I have came into this location because it's closer to my house..... Why are they so slow?Tonight line full of people and she taking her sweet time like she got 1 customer in the place. 3 left because of her slowness.

I am a DoorDash driver. The app did not send me to the right location, instead it sent me out towards Richmond hill. When I called this store to try and get directions the lady was very rude and very aggressive on the phone. I asked where they were located and she replies “Ma’am! I have been telling y’all for an hour! We are located next to food lion!” I was astonished and shocked. This was my first time calling them today and shes yelling at me? When I tried to tell her I’ve only called once today and I just wanted the address she hung up on me! I had to call DoorDash support to cancel my order and had to call the customer personally to let them know the store was not helping me! Not only did I lose money on the order, the customer has to wait for a refund. I have no clue who was answering the phones today but whoever it was needs to be talked to!

I placed a delivery order with the subway app. I ordered 2 subs. One was Italian herbs and cheese and the other was flatbread. My sandwiches breads were swapped when I got them. I called the store and they told me to bring them back but I had them delivered for a reason.

Went on a Friday evening around 3ish and only one person was working. I felt bad for her. Hope y'all get more people in.
