This location was clean and well maintained. The service was not rude by any means, but kind of impersonal. They didn't accept paper coupons but you can redeem them on the App or with the QRF scanner. I had a Subway Club on flat bread. The meat portions seemed a little skimpy but was otherwise a good Subway sandwich. There was a dine in option with seating for about 25 to 30 customers.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a subway. Asha sneezed while making our food. Then over charged us for drinks after we both asked for combos, gave us one drink and I had to pay for another. When we were getting our drinks we saw there were ants all over the tea dispenser, when mentioned to the staff it was met with dismissive attitude. Horrible experience. Oh. And the food that was heated up was cold.
There were two workers but only one making sandwiches. The other worker was stocking chips and on his phone. The customer in front of me had a payment issue and the other worker still did not help, he was just standing there on his phone. Finally got some service. As I was checking out new customers came in and he finally helped. I felt he didn’t really care to help me

Food always good when I go here
The lady seemed afraid, rushed, and like she needed help, as in another hand to work. We went Halloween night and she may have just been distracted by the girl that came tlin struggling to walk in her heels. Either way. Subs were made in a timely manner, just wish she had remembered the cucumbers and pickles we asked for on the side. Other than that, I'll go back again.
Yep, it is a subway. A good one in my opinion.
Out of all the food places in hinesville, this subway is my favorite to go to. The customer service is amazing, they never rush me or rush making my food. They actually care about their customers and the food they provide unlike other hinesville food places. Highly recommend!! Wish I remembered the night crew names, they’re usually the ones that’s always there when I go.
