Horrible customer service I legit was just in there at 7:50 and was greeted with a nasty attitude and was rushed to order and informed that they were closing at 8 and that I just made it before they closed! While my wife was ordering her food the lady put to much chicken on the sub and when my wife asked her to take some off she grab the meat with her hand and threw it back in the container. Then while my sister was getting her sandwich made the same rude lady had a snarky attitude with her co worker because she was being professional and making the sandwich the way she was supposed to saying (your over here trying to make the perfect sandwich) just because she was being professional and not rushing and just making us a sloppy product!
Ordered a pizza sub, the cheese was no good. Told the owner he told me I was wrong and didn’t offer a remake or money back. Very disappointed in how he handled the situation. I’ve worked customer service and how you handle the situation can always make an unhappy customer happy
Awesome customer service love this place extremely clean
Ordered double meat on 5 subs didn't get it on any of them, asked for toasted didn't get it. They skimp on the meats but charge a premium price. Not coming back unless they fix the issues

Great food and fast
Both employees left their noses exposed and out of their mask when dealing with customers and food. Clearly this business does not care about customer safety during this pandemic. The irony is that the door has a sign requiring masks...Shameful, just shameful...
