Jimon served my daughter and I today and had 5 ⭐️ customer service! We got a chai tea latte and a strawberry açaí drink and it was quick to get through the drive through as well.
AVOID THIS LOCATION! I’m here from out of town and have come here twice. The first time they took 25 mins for my drink. Now, I preordered on the app at 10:15 and the order was supposed to be ready at 10:31… it’s 10:46 and it’s still not ready. We are here visiting family and heading to church with no time to waste! My son is inside trying to get a refund now. Terrible location!
Ash made my drink today and she did a great job, so friendly and accomodating.
Usually a good Starbucks, but in what reality does it make sense to adjust a STARBUCKS hours to 130pm-9pm?!
Got the peppermint mocha today at this Starbucks and it was perfectly made, also the employees inside were really sweet! Thank you!! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants a good made coffee!!
The staff messed up 2 of the 3 drinks we ordered. I know the shortage of workers is effecting a lot of businesses, but when I spend $20 on three coffees, I expect they will be made correctly. One was an Irish Cream Cold Brew, without much foam or cream. The second was a vanilla latte with oat milk, again, the mixture wasn't right.
NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in here. Waiting in line over an hour. Tried to get a drink twice. Wrong both times. Wasted $10. Over an hour of time. For 2 drinks I won't even drink.
I will never set foot in here again. 2 wrong drinks in a row. In the drive thru almost an hour and a half. Sat in a drive-through twice back the back, trying to order the same drink to be made wrong twice. Now now I have 2 drinks I don't want and a waste of time and money
Employees were very rude when I was trying to get the correct drink and they kept telling me I was wrong. Eventually they got fed up with me, even though I wasn’t being rude, and got their manager. After I described the order, a caramel apple spice, they all apologized but the guy at the window was still being rude and basically told me to stop talking.
I come here everyday during my break or before work. Staff is AMAZING! I just wish you guys wore gloves. It is a MUST when touching others food or drinks. Please be mindful that gloves required in a kitchen was a thing BEFORE Covid.
