Me and my husband tried to get some dessert tonight. we ordered to get pick up, once he got their and put that we were there in the app and they never served us he waited at least 10 minutes went inside and they told him that they didn’t have what we wanted so instead of telling him anything they made him wait and go in there and then said something unbelievable if you don’t have some thing take it off the online menu! Don’t make people wait!
Went through to grab me a bite to eat, got the number 2 combo, large, and they gave me very old, and burnt fries. Pure laziness. I was the only one in line, so I don't know why they wouldn't make everything fresh. The burger patties were probably just reheated to. There was nothing in the middle of the fries but air. Why spend my money on something and don't get what I ordered fresh. That's the last time I'm eating Sonic anywhere.. wouldn't recommend.
I ordered a number 2 combo with a large Dr pepper needless to say the Dr pepper was nothing but carbonated water and the burger was greasy and didn't look fully cooked I fed it to my dog hopefully she doesn't get sick. I would recommend sampling the food before you leave their establishment so you can get a refund on the spot! April 24th 2022
First time ever eating inside a Sonic
Spent $9.28 on a combo and they give me half of the side I paid for. Sonic is still #1 in sending other restaurants new customers
I asked for a strawberry shake and they give me rise shake come on guys you can do better I know . Also when I ask for a spoon the lady at the front window today march 6 at 2,30 pm said we don’t have a spoon with a Big actitud .
I understand good help is hard to find currently, but this is unbelievable. Drive through lined up 15-20 cars deep and not moving. And during non- peak hours. Wait time well over 30 minutes is failing. One the positive side, the kid taking my order was very polite and they seemed to be doing the best they can. It was a frustrating visit needless to say.
Absolutely ridiculous. The whole store is a Shame. Constantly serving cold food, expired or rancid products and absolutely no quality customer service. During the summer this store was amazing and now, seeing as there is a whole new staff, it's filled with people who do not care about their jobs or the integrity of giving quality customer service. I hope whoever is hiring these people learn to accept applicants who care about the establishment and giving people a great experience as they try to enjoy the food or atmosphere here. Since they seem to have given up any kind of standards or boundaries. Until then I will not eat here for the sake of my own Health and sanity.
I had the best double bacon burger at Jesup Sonic today!. It was brought out hot and fresh.I only waited a couple of minutes. Only down side was it was so big I couldn't finish it all lol.Place was clean and everyone was friendly.
