Went in around 740. They close at 815 per the site. Won’t do milkshakes that late. That’s kind of the point of Hershey “shake” shop! Bad first impression
I love this place! My boyfriend and I come here all the time. Everything tastes amazing and the employees are so kind.
Went in for ice cream sundaes yesterday about 8pm. I figured the reviews were good so we'd give it a try. The entire place smelt heavily of a perfume or incense and it was extremely off putting. Nonetheless we ordered our sundaes. $21 for 2 sundaes and 2 waters. There was barely dribbles of hot fudge on mine and the same for my kid's sundae. We wanted to sit and eat there and was told the dining area was closed. What? there was nothing saying that it was closed for eating in. The staff working was less than nice and welcoming. If it was busy I would understand but we were the only ones there! It was all so off putting and uncomfortable. $21 for 2 sundaes and 2 waters and they weren't worth it. We won't be back.

This is a great place to visit. The employees are always courteous. Alot of Ice Cream flavors to choose from and a very very clean establishment. A+
