Sky is a great waitress, she just wasn’t ours.. ours forgot us 99% of the time.. the prime rib was delicious but being seated at a small table and our waitress never removing dirty dishes was ridiculous… just look at the room we had. Not acceptable and empty drinks.. smh If you come here, ask for Sky! She was helping her tables and stopped and made sure we were ok after seeing me getting upset.
I understand the times we live in these days, that being said after being seated we waited for our drink order to be taken. Once our waitress finally arrived at our table to take out drink order and my wife ordered water in a to go cup the waitress explained there was a shortage of those cups and there would be a charge for it. We asked how much and she said $2-$3 she wasn’t exactly sure. We asked if she could please find out for us and she left us. After a considerable amount of time had gone by with no drinks and no answer to our question we left. I fully understand delivery storages these days but why is there a shortage of customer service.
My husband and I ate here today before heading into work. Unfortunately service was not up to par and food was poor quality. While I was at the salad bar a gentleman came from kitchen cursing and upset because someone wasn't doing their job in the back (random I know, but he was pretty loud and I had my four year old was with me, and I don't use those words, the bar tender was considerate though and asked him to please watch his language, but he continued) The food though is what did it for me, very poor quality. My husband ordered Philly cheese steak, with potato tots, and I ordered the chicken quesadilla, both of us also had salad bar added on. Let's just say we weren't happy, salad bar usually looks decent but today it was messy, slimy cucumbers, dressings mixed up with other dressing, spillage from other veggies and food on floor, just a mess. Unfortunately my husband ate half of his food, and just couldn't finish it, tasted horrible and now, few hours later he is vomiting and stomach cramps. I also was not happy with my food, and couldn't finish it. So here we are $50.00 later (our two babies had two kids meals, they were "okay") I get things are expensive this day and time but $3.09 for a coke was little crazy. Yeahhhh I most likely will not return and dreadfully regret eating there, just $50.00 gone to waste, and now my husband is sick with possible food poisoning. Lesson learned!
Updated this review. Still good food and service. The staff know their jobs and do them well. Recommend this place over the simar restaurant that might have an apple or a bee in it's logo. The drinks here look like the picture and are more tasty.One year ago:The service and the food quality were both on point tonight. Our server was quick with refills. The salad bar was fresh and safety precautions were in place.
Jeremy was an awesome server, polite courteous, and exceptionally professional. we were impressed by his knowledge of the menu as well as the taste of the food.. omg!! served to perfection. will be coming back again for the rib eye, the boneless wings, as well as the rack of ribs and the salmon !!! great job ruby Tuesday!!!
If i could give this place a zero star review I would. First of all they were out of several menu items and I understand that happens. I was ok with that. We placed our order. We received our appetizer and the queso dip was cold and the chips were dripping with grease. Our order arrived and I was brought the wrong food. The waitress tried to argue with me. She finally brought my food when my friend had already finished eating. I just sent mine back. I refused to eat it. My worst experience ever at a Ruby Tuesday
The table wasn't clean. First order of sweet tea wasn't sweet. No silverware and when we did receive it the knife was dirty. We waited 45 minutes for our meal...was told there was only one cook and they had received a large order. When our food arrived, the zucchini was oily and burnt, the chicken was dry, and the rice was just gross. It was like it had been cooked, forgot about, and then reheated or something. Asked for the manager, they were helping the cook. Very disappointed, but hope it gets better.
This Ruby Tuesdays has not had the best service. Our last visit, we waited 35 min for no one to even come to the table. After my sister asked would someone come then they apologized. Yet still for another almost 10 min had to watch everyone be served without having a first visit to our table. We left! Then this weekend we made an order. After ordering online a family member wanted a side of broccoli. They put it in fold in baggie and threw it in a plastic bag. When asked about it, was told they didn’t want to WASTE a container! Very disappointing. This is only two stories of our family’s experience!
Server was wonderful but my food wasn’t cooked. Ended up leaving because we were scared that we would get food poisoning.
Amazing salad bar! Food was excellent. Took the grandkids for dinner they loved it! The service was exceptional. Our server Katie or KayKay was great especially with the kids. Would recommend ! They defiantly have redeemed themselves from previous dining experiences
