This place is so ghetto! I would never come back here. People please go to another fried chicken restaurant before coming here. I should have known it wasn’t going to be great service when pulling up to the restaurant from the way it look on the outside. The service was trash and the people were rude that work there. They need to be shut down. They had no utensils displayed for the customers. I asked for lids for me and my kids cups like 3 times and they said they were going to get them and never did. They didn’t give me the correct order/ all of my food that I ordered. They were so unorganized. And the kitchen look disgusting. I would not be coming back here.
Terrible service, waiting in the drive through for 35 minutes with only two cars in front of me, workers super unfriendly and seem to have major attitude. Sat at the window when it was my turn for 25 minutes! 1 hour just sitting there total! I only ordered for myself. While the workers are inside laughing. The young lady working the drive through eating chicken and sippin on the company’s time. Then leaves and goes up front and I’m still sitting here. Very unsatisfied. Such a horrible location and service! I asked for a refund after sitting for 1 hour in the drive through and I’m told they are short staff, not true. There were plenty of workers in there, just a lot of them were teen girls not wanting to work. I feel bad for the manager until she slammed the drive through windows on my face after asking for a refund. Never again! They used to be great but complete trash now. Fort Stewart is much better.
where do I begin…. Well we submitted a mobile order and came up here just for them to tell us they haven’t even made the food yet, told us they didn’t have the wild berry beignets even though their menu shows they did. Even their menu inside shows they sell them. Also not to mention their manager was yelling at the employees. No wonder why people don’t want to work in a toxic place like that. I wouldn’t either.
If I could give this place a negative rating I would. From the second I took some time to look at the ever changing electronic menu, to being greeted with the cashier and what looked like the manager laughing in my face as I pulled to the window, and being handed my food in a bag with everything looking like it was thrown in there, with no napkins, utensils and WARM sweet tea. Also the cashier handing me my receipt with the code ripped off the bottom so I couldn't do the customer survey. Hmmm seems suspicious to me!!But if you like mediocre cold food with a steaming hot plate of ATTITUDE then this is the place for you!
Be prepared to have a delay in the event that they are short staffed again. I was left at the speaker for 20 minutes before my order could be taken. Woman said she was short staffed and had to take and prepare the orders which caused the delay. The sandwich was good, but fries didn't seem fresh.
Omg the service was terrible got my order wrong the cashier at the drive thru was so rude and had a nasty attitude but guess what I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN SHE NEEDS TO REALIZE CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF KEEP YOUR DOORS OPEN NEED TO DO BETTER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
The chicken is good but $32.00 for a 10 piece with 2 sides and 1 drink is a little high but not terrible...... but to get back to my room and not have any honey for my biscuits.... unforgivable!!!!
Usually it's fabulous but the chicken tenders were not this time! Over half of them had a weird texture, kinda chewy but not.... it just wasn't right.
well I asked for plastic ware and the young man behind the counter said "Im off my nigga" .... and to be honest I went into a bad place where my ptsd flared up and I had to calm down ...... If you are behind the counter you represent the company whether you are on the clock or not ..... hence the bad review we are not in the ghetto or the hood .... please talk to your employees about using tact and professionalism .
Semi unfriendly staff. Ordering speaker is out, must order at the window. But be prepared to order immediately, as they don't like waiting for you to look up a menu. You have to ask open ended questions to get an answer. Ex. Do you have coke? Can't ask what kind of drinks do you have? Because they'll just answer by saying "the standard drinks we've always had". Like ok sorry I just moved here, not all Popeyes carry the same beverages. Second person that served us, was so happy go lucky. "Sorry for that wait, can you check the bag make sure we got everything correct? Do yall need any sauces? We have ....., ....., &......" so nice & friendly.
