I made an ordered pepperoni pizza yesterday for my sons birthday party through doordash and they did not put pepperoni on the pizza.
Well, I went there for lunch today because of the bad reviews. I ordered a PPP with pepperoni and a Dr. pepper. I was given a wait time of 10-15 minutes yet my pizza was ready to go at about the 9 minute mark. I spoke briefly to the manager about the yelp reviews. He is fairly new so you cant blame him for past mistakes. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was quality. My pizza was great! it had a sufficient amount of pepperonis on it for its size and the meal was a pretty good deal. I give them a 5/5. My advice would be to the people with bad experiences, give em another chance.
I love my wings but not the change to the stuff crust, I love when the stuff crust taste like the original crust and not hand toss..the crust changes the pizza
So my delivery driver lied to the restaurant and says she came and knocked on the door. But then told me she couldn’t find the house. She never knocked on my door, she did call my phone but of coarse I don’t have my phone by me at all times. I call the restaurant and the manager says the delivery driver will bring it right back out, the delivery driver text me she’s not bring my order shes on other delivery’s. She was so rude and nasty. So I call the restaurant to let the manager know and she puts some man on the phone and he’s says your order has been cancelled and have a great night. I said no I need my food me and my 5 kids have been waiting hours to eat. He again says your order has been cancelled, the money will be back on your card have a great night and hangs up. So I really need to speak with corporate this whole encounter with this restaurant was so unprofessional and very rude. So Pizza Hut decided who gets their food and who doesn’t. I’ve never had such a terrible encounter and I’m disgusted and baffled. So please corporate can you shoot me an email
I tried kept calling the store and they stopped answering the phone. Went as far as picking up the phone then hanging up. Customer service should be PRIORITY. If you don’t like delivering late QUIT! Simple!
Used this location 2 times since I am still new to the state and must say I am not to impressed...Pizza did not taste as it should like I have always had from pizza huts, barely an sauce nor cheese...
From easy online ordering to receiving my food a little before the estimated time (hot and good) to the respectful and courteous attitude of the driver, I highly recommend this pizza hut and look forward to ordering from here again!
I have always been a lover of Pizza Hut since I was a child. Just love their pizzas and the staff is funny but very friendly!!
My order was cancelled with out anyone telling me, so I reordered it at around 12pm today (10/29/21). The delivery driver went above and beyond. He was kind, quick, informative and when they left off my drinks he went back to the store to get them, and counted out 25$ in quarters that I had given him when I had ran out of cash to complete my payment so that I could feed my little brother. I am so thankful this man exist and he deserves the best for putting up with my annoyances.
Pizza was ready for pickup up on arrival. It was hot and delicious!
