This place is trash. Waited over an hour for our pizza to be delivered. Says it’s was delivered and it never was. 2 minute after it said it was delivered my neighbor down the street called & and said that our food got delivered to their house, it’s pouring down so i’m not walking down the street to go get pizza that was 4 houses away. I called papa johns & they said they will remake it and she goes “ we can make it for free if you want” well hell yeah I want it for free, i’ve already paid for a pizza that never got delivered to me. After 10 minutes of confirming my information she says it will be another 80 minutes!!!!!!? Are you serious? another 80 minutes after we have already waited over 80 minutes before. I love papa johns pizza but this is the worst one there is.
This place is trash. The absolutely worst run papa johns in America. The manager Nadia, made no effort to make our delivery experience worth ordering pizza from this place again. I ordered pizza online and was quoted 62 to 74 minutes for delivery. Seems a little long, but I was willing to wait. After waiting the required time, I called the restaurant for an update but my call was sent to an order and answering center. They tried to transfer my call to the actual restaurant and I was put on hold for over 45 minutes. Then I called back and said I wanted to order a pizza and the call went through immediately. After speaking to the manager she said there was nothing she could do for my order that was now over 2 and a half hours since I ordered. She confirmed that I paid what I paid, and I'll get what I get, and it'll be there when it gets there. After almost three hours my pizza and cheese bread arrived cold.
It's good, but it feels as though Papa John's has lost its touch. It was my favorite pizza place, but now... I'm not so sure. The cheese and toppings just sit on top like you could just lift them off the dough. There's no ooey gooey cheese when you pull a slice a way. Sometimes, it doesn't taste/look fully cooked. It's kind of like a frozen pizza thrown into a microwave, and you take it out halfway.
Ordered pizza at 6.01 pm didn't get it till 9.10 pm it was cold and the wings I ordered was supposed to be buffalo but wasn't even the slightest warm heat or peppers and didn't even get a discount worse 38 dollars I've spent in a long time
My daughter ordered a large 6 cheese pizza and a large pepperoni pizza from Papa John's. When she arrived home, the large 6 cheese pizza had a long strand of hair on it. She called and asked to speak to the manager. Ms. Jackie came to the phone. My daughter explained the situation and she insinuated that it was my daughter's hair and the address would be blocked. My daughter took the pizza to Papa John's and asked to speak to Ms. Jackie. The experience was beyond unreal. Apparently Papa John's has workers without hair nets. My daughter contacted Headquarters. She did get a refund credited to her account and a apology. Why will our address be blocked for their mistake? It will also be reported to the Health Department. How many other people has this happened to? It is not acceptable!
ordered a pizza and cookie from the papa johns in hinesville ga and had a terrible experience. First I was on hold for 21 minutes. Then I placed my ordered and was told my order would take 90 minutes for carry out. After 97 minutes I called toCheck the status of my order. I was told the call service center must have screwed up and now they’re too backed up to make me a pizza. I told the young lady it seemed like bad service. She said sorry you feel that way and hung up. Very poor service. Very disappointed
Ordered a small pizza and a side of bread knots and waited the 80 min for the pizza it usually delivers to my door. Sadly today didn’t get the pizza and apparently they don’t deliver to your door anymore (at the barracks) since Covid. Hmm I think that’s a lie because recently had it delivered to my door. But at least I got my money back.
If you like waiting an hour for two pizzas to be made then this is the place for you. If you enjoy not being able to have someone give you an update on your order then you will love this papa John's. However, I do not enjoy this so therefor this location sucks. Don't waste your time .
Freudnly staff, good service and good food...Been in Hinesville now for about a year and have had no issues with this location...
Order honey chipotle Wings,pizza,papadia, and cookies when food arrived it was cold, pizza was salty and my wings came with no sauce. Called immediately and the guy told me i can get store credit or a re order but I’ll have to wait a while because they are low on staff and drivers… I said cool I’ll wait but I don’t want store credit just bring me my correct order. No one ever came back that night. So next day I called and the girl told me to bring the wings back or store credit. I told them I would bring the wings back if I can get a refund because I don’t want store credit due to I will not be ordering from here again. They said I can’t get a refund due to because it is next day. How is that my fault when you guys failed to deliver my correct order. I will never ever order from here again. Worst customer service even from management.
