Friendly and fast service.Love breakfast! My favorite is the Eggwhites Sandwich with Spinach, Avocado,Cheese and Tomatoes on a Sesame Seeds Bagel .The early bird catches the bagels! They have so many to choose from.
They're getting better but orders always come out funny. Forgetting ingredients like cheese, dressing or forgetting drinks as a whole. Mobile orders reflect order or any changes and inside the cashier reads back the order correctly but something usually gets mixed up once the order is received. They've gotten quicker over time and the food is still good you just might not get your order.
It smelled like urine and/or dirty mop water as soon as I entered the building.I ordered a Pick 2–half sandwich and salad. It was okay. However, there was way too much dressing on my salad. As far as the sandwich, there was this gross glob of butter on one end of it, as well as a streak of butter going across the bottom. If I had to guess, the food handler may have unintentionally transferred butter from their glove onto it. I had to use a napkin to remove it.If you’re a college student or someone looking to use their internet for important work, don’t even bother. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow to the point that I gave up getting school work done. I’ve had positive experiences at other Panera locations, but this is easily the slowest. The network couldn’t have been congested because there were only 2 to 3 other customers in there besides myself.If providing horrendously bad free internet is their way to get customers quickly in and out, then they succeeded. Unfortunately, their stinky interior and mediocre food is a guarantee to keep me away forever.
We ordered from the app and came to picked up at 5:50pm. First off it had been raining and the front walk way was so slippery I slid and hurt my foot. The manger sat at a table and didn’t get up or say a word as my husband and I moved to the side to check to make sure I was okay. I walked it off and went to the shelf to get our food. Then the manger walks behind the counter to tell us they are out of Mac and cheese and can’t cancel it off our order we need to pick something else. They were out of everything all soups besides ones no one in our family will eat. Keep in mind this was a $70 order so I asked if we can sub out with a bagel. The manger tells me they are out then starts to ignore me and start taking orders from the drive through. I went to the bakery to see if there was someone else to talk to and guess what about 10 bagels still there. I had to ask another worker again who said she had to ask the manger. They finally gave me one bagel to make up for the $10 bowl of Mac n cheese we didn’t get!! Great customer service beyond rude! I’m not upset you don’t have the Mac and cheese but good lord make it right I get stuff happens!
Always delicious food prepared fresh, friendly and great customer service. They never disappoint. I encourage everyone to eat here. If you've never tried it do so soon. So worth it. Prices reflect like everywhere else a tad more than 2 years ago but so worth having nutritional food available.
Wonderful girl at the register. Our food was hot & delicious. Butter was too hard to spread. Sugar free creamer option would be lovely
Wanted oatmeal, but they were out of it. Fine. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and that took over 20 minutes to make. The people making the food were so unprofessional and badly dressed. The guy wore his pants down around his thighs showing his underwear. They all had a nonshalont attatude about them. I won't be back nor would I recommend going to that store.
I had to ask for coffee. They were all out. I've visited Panera Break all over America and this was at the bottom of the list. They were out of a lot of menu items. If you're going to offer a coffee subscription, at least have coffee readily available and milk too. I had to ask for milk which is behind the counter.
We chose the pick two meals and found the food delicious and freshly prepared. The sweet tea we chose as our drinks was less than palatable with a bland and unsweetened taste. What surprised us is the price. It cost us 35-dollars for two adults. It's apparent that inflation is hitting everyplace these days.
The order was for the Chipotle avacado sandwich. The green is supposed to be avacado hardly any cheese, tasted like it was all out of a can :( was vary disappointed for $11 that's the without a drink price.
