Not sure how this place operates when they hardly ever have food available. I enjoy Panda Express but it's pretty ridiculous for a restaurant to stop making food over an hour before they are supposed to close. This isn't a one time deal either. It has happened like the last 4 times I've tried to eat here. Most likely will not be coming back to this location.
Put in a mobile order went to pick it up and they told me they were waiting on the crab rangoons, they told me it would take 2 minutes and had me pull into the parking lot. 30 minutes later I went inside to check on the food and waited in there another 10 minutes. When I got my food it was cold the noodles were dry. Needless to say I will NOT be returning back to this location
This restaurant has great cleanliness in the dine-in area. The food is very tasty. The orange chicken is usually dry though. When mentioned to the staff, they are very nice about cooking up fresh orders.
Nice place ! Will come back soon. I came through drive thru around noon with a bunch of cars ahead of me and the young lady was nice and quick with everything. I work at the Fort but they’re way better! I even received an envelope with a coupon! Food was great , would recommend.
It's honeslty a hit or miss here. But one thing for sure that's ALWAYS uncooked is the rice, so always ask to sample the rice. Sometimes it's only slightly, sometimes it's like it should have been cooked for another 15-20mins. Staff for the most part is friendly. But like any place you can get those "I hate my life, & everyone in the world" people which of course makes whole experience there awful. I've never actually been inside, just used the drive thru so I can't speak to the cleanliness & what not.
Went thru the drive to to order 2 plates, was told it would take about 7-10 mins for the peppered steak, paid at the window and was told to pull up front and someone would bring it out, waited another 15mins, had to walk in to get my food then get home to see they gave me DRY NOODLES and cold chicken, worst customer service ever, when i went inside to ask if my food was ready they acted like they didnt know what i was talkin about! Yall need to get it together
Typical Chinese style take out food is usually good I'm not a fan of chow mein noodles and the rice here is usually hard and bland I gave it 4 stars because they forgot my spring rolls.
Food is always hot and fresh.. and the people here always have a smile
I ordered the Honey chicken with noodles. The noodles were good just cold. Now.... The chicken oh my goodness. I tried to pick up a bite of the Honey chicken and IT WAS SO DRY HARD AND COLD IT BROKE THE FORK. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I called and told the manager. She was very nice and told me to come back for fresh food. I didn't have the time to get new food. So, instead I just won't go back EVER again!
Ordered Teriyaki chicken n rice n it was cold and went back to the counter not even 1 min after getting my plate and they didn’t want to give me fresh food or my money back. just kept trying to feed me stuff i’m allergic to. will not be back
