HORRIBLE!!!!! They literally got the whole order wrong besides the drinks. The food itself was disgusting, lady at the second window with the fly away eyelashes had a bad attitude. Fries weren’t fresh at all & cold. Tasted like they had been out all day. My nephew was really looking forward to the apple slices that WERE NOT in his happy meal that we ordered. Do not recommend.
I was about half way home when I realized our happy meal wasn't in our bag. Driving back to McDonald's and speaking to the Manager or Supervisor Brooke she replaced our whole meal so It would be hot. She did it with a smile and told us not to worry. I was upset about having to drive back but Brooke made it right. So many need to follow her example of customer service. She is an awesome example of customer service that we appreciate.
If you are looking for the ultimate delicacy fast food chain then look no further. McDonald’s offers world class beef, chicken nuggets, fries and more. It’s a must for every city in every country. This is probably why North Korea dislikes Americans so much. Every bite will have you wanting more and more. Yes it may clog your arteries a bit but let me tell you, that heart attack will be worth.
I ordered from the app, went to pick it up. Pulled into curbside, was not available; however, it was what was listed on my order. Tried to go in, doors closed, while all employees dismissed our being there! Went to the drive-thru, had to sit in the line for an hour & half to finally get the food that cost $38 for them to rush me off and literally everything was cold and disgusting; not even slightly warm! Tried to call several times and got no answer and ofcourse, I couldn't even walk inside... Never Again!
We're next door at gatas and could not walk in the store, we called 3 times no answer (actually it was off the hook because it kept hanging up soon as you call we called) i had to call the McDonald's in Walmart to see if i could talk to a manager since no one at this one would answer. Luckily he was GREAT and took my order over the phone and had it ready for me by the time I had to drive all the way over there when I'm right next door playing cards. I don't understand why t day is not as good as the Manger with the short hair at night. I can't remember her name but she worked last night
I worked here and I do not recommend it. I worked two whole weeks missed two days due to sickness and they cut me and my wife for another day extra. They told us we weren’t allowed to pick up our checks but everyone else does that quits or gets fired. They don’t keep up with hours when you first get hired. If you get hired I recommend that you keep up with your own hours. If you wanna work with a bunch of disrespectful managers, except one and his name is Brandon. Plus working with disrespectful teenagers isn’t good work environment. I honestly don’t think 15 or 16 years old should be able to work here. But this is just all my experience and opinions.
Few and far between will 5-star fast food reviews anymore. The service is lacking across the board and the quality is inconsistent. Three stars for meeting expectations, but not exceeding any.
Granted,, they've been short on employees but this McDonalds is always a gamble as to getting the food correct. I once ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup, and received a cheeseburger with no cheese. Lol. They often short you on French fries. Order a large and it will only be Half full. I will say I've never received cold food and have always had good customer service.
Drive thru is ridiculous. I asked for sweet tea not unsweetened and felt like I swallow bath water. Will never come back to this place.
Good food long as your not in a hurry. They are extremely slow. Inside is closed and they only run one drive thru lane.....
