I wish I could give them -0 I can’t believe they would serve me this it’s looks old and brunt I wonder if they would’ve ate this and besides this disgusting sandwich the customer service was horrible the employee was very very rude it was no straws in their lobby and when I ask for straws the same rude employee through her hand up at me and walked off and never returned the managers didn’t have no cares. McDonalds restaurants are going down I will not be returning here or any of this franchise restaurants!!!! I will pay the few extra bucks at Zaxbys and Chick-fil-A 5/19/2022
McDonald's needs to get it together! I always order doordash at time's. It never fails, every time I received my food from McDonald's, it's always someone else's order, or I'm missing majority of my order. I don't understand why we have to call doordash to complain.? HELLO! Need to come up with a clear way that will work on behalf doordash and McDonald's. ??️
Used the McD's App for a curbside pickup which LIED to me after stating my order would be out "usually in 5 minutes or less". After 18 minutes I headed inside to find out where my order was. An employee was just walking out with a curbside delivery but said it wasn't mine when I asked. It was for the car that had arrived after me. How is that possible McDonalds? So I go inside and the same employee walks back in and goes behind the counter. Doesn't bother to check with me as she's just seen me walking in after I asked if she had my order. A manager then asks if I need help. I tell her I'm waiting for my curbside order from now 20 minutes ago. She asked for the name, then what I ordered and can't find it anywhere. I then offer and show her my order verification from my email. She then gets my order as she comments to the first employee that apparently gave my order to the wrong car. Never got a thanks for your patience or sorry for your wait. In fact after handing me my order the manger said nothing, turned around and left. Poor customer service from the employee and manager in my opinion. And of course after finally getting back home I discover my Coke, from the always crappy "Freestyle" dispenser, tastes more like a flat Dr. Pepper.
I think they had less than half of the indoor seating available, but they were quick and the order was right.
The whole point we drove to this side of town was for the play place and it was closed even though the lobby was open. It took almost thirty minutes to get our food and they droves you to order on the kiosk they wouldn’t take you order otherwise. No one was even Pleasant or courteous in anyway. I don’t see me returning in the near future and this Macdonalds used to be great and one of my favorite place to eat at in town for fast food. I wish I had gone anywhere else at this point.
Food is well, McDonald's..lol it's good enough for a quick bite. Lately lines have been extremely long. Takes 20 minutes or more to get breakfast or lunch. Sometimes when you get to window you get pulled over to wait for a double cheeseburger. Usually 4 or 5 other cars are waiting as well. Try not to go here too much.
It's been well over 20 minutes and still haven't got my food yet.They also charge $.50 for lettuce. Most of any place I've ever seen. I usually do no bun, add lettuce.Anyway apparently they can't pay people enough to get decent help or machines or whatever the problem is but they also charge more. Weird.
My food was not cooked to order per my request and my fries ? were salted when I asked for no salt. Update 2-3-2022. The young lady responsible for taking orders did not accurately take my order, as the manager who was notified of the discrepancy insisted that I double pay for the food that they failed to properly receive/take in the first place. Alongside of the ratchet attitudes, I will not tolerate mediocre service anywhere especially McDonald's of Hinesville W-hwy. Unacceptable service.
It was okay was supposed to get 2 coffees and they didn't do My order Right when I got up to pick up my order I had to pay for the coffee that they didn't do right from the beginning
Asked for fresh fries after they handed me stale ones. Only to be given stale fries again with EXTRA salt. Room temperature fries. The ghetto. Hire better, do better please.
